    摘要: A innovative sliding valve used in paintball gun or other compressed gas propelled firearm, wherein a portion of the valve body where air is exhausted is reduced in size to allow pressurized air to exhaust more quietly around the valve body by feeding into the air exhaust apertures formed on an extended wall of valve body. Because the air pressure is balanced between two equal, or nearly equal, sized O-rings on a central spindle, the valve can be opened more smoothly and quietly, and with less opening force. Further, because the exhaust O-ring is contained with apertures and seals against the escaping air, with the resulting compression of the O-ring away from the sealing surface, the O-ring is held in place, and cutting and wear of the O-ring is substantially reduced.

    摘要: A paintball assembly capable of retaining a paintball in a loading chamber using a paintball catcher is disclosed. The paintball assembly includes a loading chamber, a detent, and a bolt. The loading chamber is coupled to a loading port to receive paintballs. In one embodiment, the detent includes a paintball catcher capable of catching the paintball as it is loaded into the loading chamber. In one example, the paintball catcher is a flexible paintball catcher extending into the loading chamber and is able to catch the paintball and hold it in a predefined position. When a trigger is pulled, the bolt pushes the paintball into a firing chamber while the paintball catcher releases the paintball.

    摘要: A paintball gun assembly comprises a casing having a barrel and a bolt moveable in the barrel to select and fire paintballs. There are located in the casing under the barrel in a linear array generally parallel with the barrel a low pressure regulator, a chamber for air under pressure, a spool valve, a poppet valve, a solenoid and a battery. The spool valve comprises an elongated housing of circular section in which a spool is reciprocable to move seals on the spool relative to radial openings of the housing. The valve has an input opening at one end of the spool and the spool has a longitudinal bore to communicate said input opening with the periphery of the spool at a position between an adjacent pair of said seals.

    摘要: A model gun with automatic bullet supplying mechanism comprises a pressure accumulating chamber from which a gas leading passage extends, a slider movable along a barrel structure, a pressure receiving portion fixed in the slider at the back of the barrel structure, a movable member provided with first and second inner spaces and arranged at the back of a bullet holding chamber, a passage connecting portion provided at the outside of the movable member for connecting the gas leading passage to the first and second inner spaces in the movable member, and a movable valve provided in the passage connecting portion. The movable valve is operative selectively, during a period in which the gas leading passage is connected through the passage connecting portion to the first and second inner spaces in the movable member, to cause gas derived through the gas leading passage from the pressure accumulating chamber to act through the first inner space in the movable member on a sham bullet in the bullet holding chamber and to shut off gas flow to the bullet holding chamber through the first inner space in the movable member from the gas leading passage so that the gas derived through the gas leading passage from the pressure accumulating chamber acts through the second inner space in the movable member on the pressure receiving portion to cause the pressure receiving portion to move back in company with the slider.
