摘要： Devices and methods provided for joint arthroscopy contemplate and enable the provision of patient specific instruments (PSI). The devices and anatomical features of a patient are rendered adjustable by the provision of guide elements and feature to account for and enable repositioning of the anatomical features during surgery. Where the joint arthroscopy involves ankle arthroplasty, a PSI system includes a tibial PSI operable to be coupled to a tibia and a talar PSI operable to be coupled to a talus. Pins pass through the tibial PSI into the tibia and through the talar PSI into the talus. The tibia and talus are aligned based on the tibial PSI, the talar PSI, the pins, and optionally a connection guide operable to receive, or be coupled to, the pins. The tibial PSI and the talar PSI allow for the transfer of pre-operative planning to intra-operative procedures.

摘要： A paintball assembly capable of retaining a paintball in a loading chamber using a paintball catcher is disclosed. The paintball assembly includes a loading chamber, a detent, and a bolt. The loading chamber is coupled to a loading port to receive paintballs. In one embodiment, the detent includes a paintball catcher capable of catching the paintball as it is loaded into the loading chamber. In one example, the paintball catcher is a flexible paintball catcher extending into the loading chamber and is able to catch the paintball and hold it in a predefined position. When a trigger is pulled, the bolt pushes the paintball into a firing chamber while the paintball catcher releases the paintball.

The provided pneumatic container is a quick rechargeable air cylinder for serving as an air source for paintball guns, which can be recharged quickly by connecting a larger carbon dioxide (CO2) tank to the pneumatic inlet located on either lateral end of the cylinder or at the bottom end of the cylinder by an adapter with a remote line connector. The provided pneumatic container can also be used as an air expansion chamber when mounted to a paintball gun or marker.

The nitrided barrier layer serves as a barrier to diffusion of hydrogen from the at least one hydrogen-containing dielectric layer into the dielectric interlayer, thereby preventing a decrease in hot carrier injection reliability.
