    摘要: A shape measuring device configured to measure a shape of a surface to be measured of a target object, the device includes: a holder configured to hold the target object; a sensor configured to measure a shape of the surface to be measured and output a measurement value; a sensor rotating mechanism configured to rotate the sensor about a first axis; a sensor moving mechanism configured to move the sensor on a second axis; a holder moving mechanism configured to move the holder along a third axis; and a processor configured to: calculate a shape of the surface to be measured based on the measurement value; calculate a position of a center of sphere of the surface to be measured; and control the holder moving mechanism to match the position of the center of sphere with the intersection of the first axis and the second axis.

    摘要: A circular shape characteristic measuring device includes a shape measuring device that obtains measured data by measuring a profile shape of a circular cross-section of an object to be measured having the circular cross-section, and a computation device that calculates a circular shape characteristic of the circular cross-section. The computation device includes: an input device configured to input one of three parameters including a cutoff value of the filtering process, a minimum number of samples, and a ratio of a radius of the circular cross-section to a radius of a gauge head; a parameter table that stores a relationship between the three parameters, and based on the input parameter, determines the other two parameters; and a sampler configured to perform sampling of the measured data based on the minimum number of samples.

    摘要: A radius gauge has a central slotted body with an indicator slide to indicate radii. The slide is connected by a scissors linkage to a fixed pivot adjacent a central fixed contact point. The scissors linkage has associated contact arms with movable side contact points. The central and side contact points can contact a surface, and uniquely position the indicator slide through the scissors linkage indicating the radius of the curve. The contact arms may be mounted on the scissors linkage for concave curves, or extend from it for convex curves. A variable arc can be attached to the contact points to fit existing curves.

    摘要: A radius of curvature transducer has an integrally molded body, flexible in a bending mode with two contained wire guide tubes extending the length thereof, spaced laterally from and parallel to the body neutral axis and displaced 90.degree. angularly about the neutral axis. A push-pull wire is fixed to one end of the body and extends freely through each wire guide. An LVDT sensor, having a movable core, is coupled to the free end of each push-pull wire. As the body is subjected to bending, the wires are displaced in the passages and in turn displace the moving member in the LVDT causing signal outputs indicative of the difference in length of the path along which the wire extends relative to the neutral axis. Calculations convert the signals to radius of curvature indications and indications of the coordinates of one end of the transducer body relative to the other end.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring the radii of curvature of cam discs comprises a sensitive tracer of which the housing bears a headpiece with two fixed measuring points, the tracer point to be applied to a cam being situated between these latter. A mounting support for the sensitive tracer, in order to enable the position of the latter to be fixed, is pivotable about a swivel shaft which is preferably situated on one and the same line with one of the measuring points but perpendicular to the measuring plane and is displaceable parallel to itself. A shaft which is likewise perpendicular to the measuring plane and thus parallel to the swivel shaft of the mounting support serves for rotating the cam disc of which the radius of curvature is to be measured. For guiding the apparatus in the measuring plane, the swivel shaft of the mounting support is articulated to one end of a connecting rod of which the other end is provided with a bore parallel to that which accommodates the swivel shaft, the connecting rod being pivotally connected, via said bore and by means of a pin, to a bearing member displaceable, in the measuring plane or parallel thereto, along a straight and preferably horizontal guide.
