    摘要: A includes a memory device and a processing device, operatively coupled to the memory device. The processing device is to: initialize a block family associated with the memory device; initialize a timer at initialization of the block family; and aggregate temperature values received from sensor(s) of the memory device over time to generate an aggregate temperature. Responsive to programming a page residing on the memory device, the processing device associates the page with the block family. The processing device closes the block family in response to the aggregate temperature being greater than a first temperature value and the timer reaching a first time value. The processing device closes the block family in response to the aggregate temperature being less than or equal to the first temperature value and the timer reaching a second time value that is greater than the first time value.

Determined trip characteristics include at least one of a number of stops along the trip, an amount of time that passes during the trip, a number of day-night cycles during the trip, or a distance traveled by the container. Container relationships between the determined container characteristics and corresponding characteristics from selected previous trips are determined along with trip relationships between the determined trip characteristics and corresponding characteristics from the previous trips. An output includes information regarding the container relationships, trip relationships, container characteristics and trip characteristics.

The sensing devices each include a cantilevered structure and at least one contact configured for contact-mode operation with the cantilevered structure in response to the cantilevered structure deflecting toward or away from the contact when exposed to the parameter of interest. The cantilevered structure has at least first and second beams of dissimilar materials, at least one of which has at least one property that changes as a result of exposure to the parameter.
