Abstract:
An electromagnetic relay includes a first fixed terminal, a second fixed terminal, a housing, a coil, and a spool. The second fixed terminal is disposed in front of the first fixed terminal and faces the first fixed terminal. The housing includes a side surface that laterally covers the first fixed terminal and the second fixed terminal. The coil is wound around the spool. The spool includes a support portion and a lateral wall portion. The support portion supports the first fixed terminal. The lateral wall portion extends from the support portion and is disposed between the first fixed terminal and the side surface of the housing in the left-right direction. The front end of the lateral wall portion is located between the first fixed terminal and the second fixed terminal in the front-rear direction.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a fixed terminal, a coil, an iron core, and a spool. The fixed terminal includes a contact support portion on which the fixed contact is provided. The coil is disposed behind the fixed terminal. The iron core includes a shaft portion and a head portion. The spool includes a hole and a flange. The shaft portion is disposed in the hole. The flange includes a first front surface and a second front surface. The hole is open at the first front surface. The first front surface is disposed rearward of and facing the head portion. The second front surface is disposed rearward of and facing the contact support portion. The second front surface is spaced a predetermined distance rearward from the first front surface. The predetermined distance is greater than the thickness of the contact support portion in the front-rear direction.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a base, a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, and a movable terminal. The base supports the fixed terminal. The fixed contact is connected to the fixed terminal. The movable contact faces the fixed contact. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece. The movable terminal is provided separately from the movable contact piece and supported by the base. The movable terminal includes a support portion. The support portion is connected to the movable contact piece below the movable contact and supports the movable contact piece. The support portion includes an upper edge and a recess. The recess has a shape recessed downward from the upper edge at a position overlapping the movable contact piece.
Abstract:
An electronic device capable of reducing costs for equipment is shown. Of a plurality of housings each having an electromagnetic relay body incorporated therein, the adjacent housings are unified with a disconnectable connector provided on facing outer surfaces of the housings.
Abstract:
A relay includes a fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a holder, a drive shaft, a contact case, a magnetic field generation member, and an inner member. The drive shaft is connected to the holder on a side close to the first end of the drive shaft. The magnetic field generation member is arranged around the contact case and is configured to generate a magnetic field in which an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact extends in a lateral direction of the movable contact piece. The inner member includes a rotation preventing portion for restricting rotation of the holder around the drive shaft. The rotation preventing portion is arranged so as to contact the holder at a position closer to a second end of the drive shaft than the movable contact piece and closer to the drive shaft than the movable contact.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic device includes: a coil; a spool having a body, around which the coil is wound, and first and second guard portions provided at both ends of the body, the spool being provided with a through hole in the body, which is opened in the first and second guard portions; an iron core inserted in the through hole; and a yoke being in contact with the second guard portion and fixed with a coupler of the iron core which protrudes from a second-guard-portion-side opening. At least one movement regulator configured to regulate movement of the coil is provided in the body.
Abstract:
The contact switching device includes a first terminal, a first contact, a second terminal, and a base. The first contact is attached to the first terminal. The base includes a first attachment portion, a second attachment portion, and a groove portion. The first terminal is attached to the first attachment portion. The second terminal is attached to the second attachment portion. The groove portion is arranged between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion. The groove portion has a shape in which the inside is larger than the entrance.
Abstract:
A coil terminal includes: first to third terminal portions configured to supply a current to a coil; a coupler configured to couple these first to third terminal portions; and connectors provided in the coupler and connected with a lead wire of the coil. The coupler is formed by a resistive material, and includes a resistance regulator formed by bending at least part of the coupler.
Abstract:
A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.
Abstract:
An electronic-device seal structure includes a base, a case which covers an upper surface of the base and has an opening at a surface thereof, and a pair of terminals attached to the base. A first clearance sealed with a sealing material is provided between the base and the case, and a second clearance is provided between the pair of terminals attached to an end surface of the base to face each other.
