摘要： One aspect of the present invention is to provide a rechargeable battery that increases capacity and facilitates connection of the lead tab to the electrode terminal by reducing the thickness at which the electrode terminal is installed. A rechargeable battery according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electrode assembly formed by disposing and winding a separator between a first electrode and a second electrode; a case facing one of wound ends of the electrode assembly and accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap plate facing the other of the wound ends, and closing and sealing an opening of the case; an electrode terminal installed in a terminal hole formed in the cap plate by interposing an insulating sealing material; a first lead tab connecting the first electrode to the electrode terminal; and a second lead tab connecting the second electrode to the case.

摘要： A button-type secondary battery includes: a lower can configured to operate as a first electrode terminal; an upper can coupled to the lower can to surround the lower can and configured to operate as a second electrode terminal; and a gasket between the lower can and the upper can. A recessed lower insertion groove and a recessed upper insertion groove are defined in a surface of the lower can and a surface of the upper can, which are in close contact with the gasket, respectively. The lower insertion groove and the upper insertion groove are spaced apart from each other so as not to face each other.

摘要： Disclosed are a battery housing and a battery. The battery housing includes a bottom shell and a cover. The cover includes an outer contact layer, an insulating layer, and an inner contact layer. The electrode contact portion of the outer contact layer passes through the insulating layer and the inner contact layer to be electrically connected to one pole of a battery cell. The other electrode of the battery cell can be electrically conducted with the bottom shell. The inner contact layer and the bottom shell are configured to be welded for packaging the battery cell. Since the inner contact layer and the outer contact layer of the cover are pre-insulated, the inner contact layer and the bottom shell need to be welded, and the insulating film is not needed, thereby simplifying the packaging process of the battery and improving the packaging efficiency.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a button cell and an electronic device. In the button cell, a conductive member covers an opening of a top cover, and the top cover is connected to the conductive member. A cell is placed in an accommodating cavity of a bottom shell. A first tab is welded to an inner bottom wall of the bottom shell, and then the top cover having the conductive member is connected to the bottom shell in a sealed manner, with a second tab on the cell being electrically connected to the conductive member. Finally, an electrolyte solution is injected into the accommodating cavity. After the electrolyte solution is injected, a sealing member covers the liquid injection port, and the sealing member is connected to the liquid injection port in a sealed manner.
