摘要： An electrochemical energy storage element includes an electrode-separator assembly enclosed in a housing that includes a closure assembly. The closure assembly includes a first sheet metal part having a first side, an opposite second side, and an aperture. The closure assembly also includes a second sheet metal part having a contact segment extending on the first side of the first sheet metal part, a fixing segment extending on the second side of the first sheet metal part, and a tubular feedthrough connecting the connecting the contact segment and the fixing segment through the aperture. An electrically insulating seal is disposed between the first sheet metal part and the second sheet metal part. A first part of the fixing segment is formed as a bottom that closes the tubular feedthrough on the second side of the first sheet metal part.

Each accommodating space is used to accommodate one group of the electrode assemblies. The battery further includes an end cover provided with a plurality of pairs of electrode terminals. Each pair of electrode terminals corresponds to one of the accommodating spaces. The end cover is connected to the insulating housing, and covers openings of the plurality of accommodating spaces, so as to enclose the plurality of groups of electrode assemblies in the plurality of accommodating spaces.

摘要： A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery representing an embodiment of a sealed battery of the present invention includes a bottomed cylindrical exterior case, a sealing member, a cylindrical wound electrode assembly and an electrolyte. An open end of the exterior case is crimped together with the sealing member via an insulating gasket so as to form a seal. The sealing member includes a lid having a thin and fragile portion, an insulating ring, and a terminal plate having a thin and fragile portion. The terminal plate is electrically connected to a positive electrode current collector leading out from the cylindrical wound electrode assembly. The lid and the terminal plate are electrically connected within an opening of the insulating ring. The lid is disposed so as to expose an outer side of at least a portion of the lid opposed to the opening of the insulating ring directly to an outside environment.

摘要： A battery cell may include: a housing having an opening; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing, where a first tab may be disposed on the electrode assembly at an end oriented toward the opening; and an end cap, configured to fit and cover the opening, where the end cap may include a first connector and a rupturable structure. The rupturable structure may be disposed along an edge of the first connector. The end cap may rupture along the rupturable structure when an internal pressure of the battery cell reaches a threshold, so as to release the internal pressure. The battery cell may further include a fixing structure, and the fixing structure may fixedly connect the first connector to the first tab, so as to restrict movement of the first connector.
