摘要: An electrically conductive holder is provided that is suitable for receiving a tablet electrode of a button battery. The holder includes a bottom portion to be fitted coaxially within terminal of a button battery. The holder further includes an upstanding wall portion. The bottom portion is flat and provided with a plurality of apertures through the complete thickness of the bottom portion. At least one group of apertures is distributed at regular angular intervals around the center of the bottom portion, spanning 360°. The strips of solid material of the bottom portion between two adjacent apertures are preferable narrow compared to the dimensions of the adjacent apertures so as to provide a mechanical support for the tablet electrode while also being able to deform under the influence of a volumetric expansion of the electrode.

摘要: A secondary battery includes an outer package member and a battery device. The outer package member has a top part and a bottom part. The top part has a through hole extending in a first direction. The bottom part is disposed to be opposed to the top part in the first direction. The battery device is contained inside the outer package member. The battery device includes a stacked body. The stacked body includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and is wound around an internal space extending in the first direction. The battery device includes an outer wind part and an inner wind part. The outer wind part is sandwiched between the top part and the bottom part in the first direction. The inner wind part is located between the internal space and the outer wind part, and opposed to the through hole in the first direction.

A beading part recessed inward is disposed at an upper portion of the lower can. The upper end of the lower can disposed above the beading part has a bent shape and configured to surround an edge end of the upper can so that the upper can and the lower can are coupled to each other.

摘要: A lithium-ion cell includes a housing comprising a metallic tubular housing part made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy with a terminal circular opening. The cell further includes a contact element that closes the terminal circular opening of the tubular housing part, the contact element comprising a metal disk, a contact sheet metal member, a metal pole pin and an insulator. In addition, the cell includes an electrode-separator assembly having an anode, a cathode, and a separator with the sequence anode/separator/cathode. The electrode-separator assembly is in the form of a cylindrical winding with two terminal end faces and a winding shell located therebetween. The electrode-separator assembly is disposed in the winding and is axially aligned so that the winding shell abuts an inside of the tubular housing part.

摘要: A method for producing a button cell includes providing a cell cup, a cell top and an electrode-separator assembly winding, the electrode-separator assembly winding having a positive electrode and a negative electrode. An electrically insulating seal is applied at least to an outer portion of the cell top casing. The electrode-separator assembly winding is inserted into the cell top. The cell top is inserted into the cell cup to form a housing. A pressure is applied in a radial direction perpendicular to an axis of the electrode-separator assembly winding so as to seal the housing.

摘要: A button-type secondary battery of the present invention comprises: a first can having a first side surface extending vertically from a circumference of a first base surface; a second can having a second side surface extending vertically from a second base surface; and a gasket disposed between the first side surface and the second side surface when the first can and the second can are coupled to each other. The second base surface has a greater diameter than the first base surface, and the first can and the second can are coupled to each other with the first side surface inserted inside the second side surface. The first and second cans are fixed together by deforming the gasket so as to extend into a vent hole punched in the second side surface of the second can. A method for manufacturing the button-type secondary battery is also provided.
