摘要: A Z-bracket is adapted for mounting an electrical box to the open face of a metal stud. The invention has two mounting platforms with self-tapping screw holes. The flat brackets of an electrical box are secured to these mounting platforms. The invention has a retaining tab with at least one retaining indentation for screwing the retaining tab to the open face of a metal stud. A connector connects the retaining tab to the mounting platforms. The front edge of each mounting platform has a groove, which accommodates the tongue on a tab of the metal stud. Multiple triangular braces connect the mounting platforms to the connector for structural support. The invention is sized to fit a standard metal stud, providing an improved method for attaching electrical boxes to the open face of a metal stud.

摘要: A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.

摘要: An integrated capacitor and power module include a power module, an intermediate cold plate, and a capacitor module. The intermediate cold plate has a first side attached to the power module and a second side opposite the first side. The capacitor module is attached to a second side of the intermediate cold plate. The capacitor module includes a plurality of metalized film capacitor cells supported by a metal plate and a base cold plate with a layer of thermal interface material between the metal plate and the base cold plate. A fluid circulation system is operatively connected to the intermediate cold plate to circulate a fluid through the cold plate. The capacitor module includes a housing, a plurality of capacitor cells and first and second busbars. Alternating cell arrays have a P-end and an N-end that are inverted relative to each other.

摘要: An electrical box includes a first electrical component having an output terminal, and a second electrical component having an input terminal. A jumper is connected to the output terminal of the first electrical component and the input terminal of the second electrical component. The jumper defines a heat flow path between the first and second electrical components. The heat flow path defines a minimum path between the first and second electrical components along the heat flow path. A minimum distance along the minimum heat path between the first and second electrical components is greater than a minimum distance between first and second electrical components.
