摘要: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable mediums are provided for an improved system for determining a response strategy to a set of messages received by at least one agent of a plurality of agents. For example, a system may be configured to obtain a set of messages received by at least one agent of a plurality of agents. Additionally, the system may be configured to categorize each message of the set of messages into an asynchronous category or a synchronous category. Moreover, the system may be configured to determine a significance parameter indicative of an importance of the received content parameter of each of at least two asynchronous messages. Further, the system may be configured to determine, for the at least one agent, a response signal related to the response strategy. In some examples, response signal may be determined based on the significance parameter.

摘要: A computer system receives user specification of values for a plurality of snapshot properties of a first snapshot. The first snapshot includes a first snapshot component that is extracted from a first data dashboard. The first data dashboard is associated with a first data source. The user specification includes a first date/time for which data in the first snapshot is valid and a first collaboration platform to which the first snapshot is to be exported. The computer system, in accordance with receiving the user specification, generates a first snapshot specification for the first snapshot according to the values for the plurality of snapshot properties. The computer system generates the first snapshot according to the first snapshot specification. The computer system causes the first snapshot to be displayed as a message on a messaging application of an electronic device. The messaging application is associated with the first collaboration platform.

The updating includes: for each iteration step of multiple iteration steps, first embeddings are updated based on a first variable coefficient and a second variable coefficient. The updated first embeddings are stored into respective temporary data structures, which are then aggregated to generate aggregated first embeddings in a preserved data structure. Second embeddings are updated based on the aggregated first embeddings.

摘要: The techniques disclosed herein provide systems that provides delegation for unavailable participants that are mentioned in a communication session, such as a channel, chat session, email thread, meeting chat, etc. When a system detects that a person, also referred to herein as a “primary participant,” is mentioned in a message, e.g., an “@mention” or “@name” is detected, and the system detects that the mentioned person has set an out-of-office reply or otherwise indicated an unavailable status, the system automatically identifies a delegate and packages the immediate message including “@name” and the message thread including the immediate message, and sends the packaged communications to the delegate. Permissions are also modified so that a computer associated with the delegate can display messages of the thread and send messages to the thread on behalf of mentioned person. When the delegate responds, the system directs the response to reply to the main thread.
