Abstract: Method for managing the state of buttons of peripheral devices of computers of any type (including smartphones, tablets, etc.) is considered in the context of safe management by the corresponding segment of the user interface in the automatic or remote mode without direct tactile communication with the user, but at his desire. Manipulation with buttons on peripheral devices is carried out by the button state change agent which is built in directly the peripheral device who in turn is controlled on the channel of interaction of the computer and the peripheral device means of the software of the computer. Based on the technical result of using appropriately implemented additional user interfaces are also claimed methods of remote management of the computer, interactions between applications and also implementations of the answering machine, PBX and the VoIP-Cell gateway on the basis of smartphones.

Abstract: An audio receiver for a converged portable radio (LMR/LTE radio) is provided with improved audio management. The converged device is managed by two different processors (BP/AP) and includes a selectable user setting for selecting either an LMR audio mode or an LTE audio mode (or both). Power up timing differences between the two processors is managed through a smart audio switch mechanism which includes AP control logic for selectively enabling and disabling an AP audio switch in response to operational status of both (AP/BP) processors during power up. The smart audio switch system further includes BP control logic for selectively enabling and disabling a BP audio switch in response to the operational status of the processors. Audio is played out at a single speaker. Both LTE audio and LMR audio can be mixed for a predetermined time during power up until the user selected audio mode has been established.

Abstract: As a user interacts with a voice application, a history of the prompts played to the user and the users responses are displayed to the user. The displayed prompts and displayed responses could be summaries of the prompts and responses, or they could be full transcriptions of the prompts and responses. A user may be able to select a prompt or response in the history to return to a certain point in the voice application. It may be possible for a user to save a history of the interactions that occurred when a voice application was performed, and to recall the history to continue on from a selected location in the history.

Abstract: A system is provided that includes a first network interface for a first network type and a second network interface for a second network type that is different from the first network type. The system also includes at least one processor configured to cause the system to perform operations. The operations may include obtaining, from the first network interface, audio from a communication session with a remote device established over the first network and obtaining an indication of a communication device available to participate in the communication session and direct audio obtained from the communication session to a remote transcription system. The operations may also include directing the audio to the second network interface for transmission to the communication device, obtaining transcript data from the remote transcription system based on the audio, and directing the transcript data to the second network interface for transmission to the communication device.
