摘要: In general, the subject matter described in this specification can be embodied in methods, systems, and program products for providing search results automatically to a user of a computing device. A spoken input provided by a user to a computing device is received. The spoken input is transmitted to a computer server system that is remote from the computing device. Search result information that is responsive to the spoken input is receiving by the computing device and in response to the transmitted spoken input. An alert is provided to the user that the device will connect the user to a target of the search result information if the user does not intervene to stop the connecting of the user. The user is connected to the target of the search result information based on a determination that the user has not intervened to stop the connecting of the user.

摘要: Automated monitoring of a voice communication session, when the session is in an on hold status, to determine when the session is no longer in the on hold status. When it is determined that the session is no longer in the on hold status, user interface output is rendered that indicates that the on hold status of the session has ceased. In some implementations, an audio stream of the session can be monitored to determine, based on processing of the audio stream, a candidate end of the on hold status. In response, a response solicitation signal is injected into an outgoing portion of the audio. The audio stream can be further monitored for a response (if any) to the response solicitation signal. The response (if any) can be processed to determine whether the end of the on hold status is an actual end of the on hold status.

摘要: A method for generating a customer bot and using the customer bot to train agents, where a first process generates the customer bot and a second process uses the customer bot to train the agents. The first process includes: gathering conversation data; mining intents from the conversation data; constructing, from the mined intents, a dialog engine simulating an interaction type; uploading the customer bot to an automated training module for use thereby; and periodically repeating the previous steps so to update the customer bot with recent conversation data. The second process includes: monitoring for triggering events; initiating the training by initiating a virtual communication to a user device of a first agent; connecting the virtual communication to the customer bot; conducting a simulated interaction; and analyzing one or more statements received from the first agent to derive a performance assessment.

摘要: In some implementations, a system may capture audio from a call between a calling device and a called device. The system may filter the captured audio to generate a background audio layer. The system may generate an audio footprint that is a representation of sound in the background audio layer. The system may determine that the audio footprint includes a triggering sound footprint based on one or more audio characteristics of the audio footprint. The system may detect synthetic sound based on the audio footprint and after determining that the audio footprint includes the triggering sound footprint, wherein the synthetic sound is indicative of a sound recording. The system may transmit a notification to one or more devices associated with the call based on detecting the synthetic sound.

摘要: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for machine learning systems to process incoming call-center calls to provide communication summaries that capture effort levels of statements made during interactive communications. For a given call, the system receives a transcript as the input and generates a textual summary as the output. In order to improve a call summary and customize a summarization task to a call center domain, the technology disclosed herein may employ a classifier that predicts an effort level and attention score for individual utterances within a call transcript, ranks the attention scores and uses selected ones of the ranked utterances in the summary.

摘要: An electronic device can implement a zero-latency digital assistant by capturing audio input from a microphone and using a first processor to write audio data representing the captured audio input to a memory buffer. In response to detecting a user input while capturing the audio input, the device can determine whether the user input meets a predetermined criteria. If the user input meets the criteria, the device can use a second processor to identify and execute a task based on at least a portion of the contents of the memory buffer.
