摘要: A coffee bean roasting machine includes a roast chamber for accommodating coffee beans, a hot blast device for supplying hot or cool air to the roast chamber, and a collection chamber for collecting the outer skins of coffee beans. The collection chamber is in communication with the roast chamber and the bottom of the roast chamber includes a first bean outlet where a chamber door is set for open and close. Coffee beans can be easily taken out from the coffee bean roasting machine, without lifting up the whole roasting machine and tipping it over.

摘要: An efficient green method for the synthesis of noble metal/transition metal oxide nanocomposite comprising reducing noble metal salt and a templating metal oxide is disclosed. The method is a one-step method comprises mixing coffee seed husk extract, a noble metal precursor, and a transition metal precursor; and filtering and drying the nanocomposite. The nanocomposite prepared by the method of the invention displays all the characteristics and biocidal activity of a composite prepared by traditional methods.

Next, the step of enabling mycelium growth on the coffee includes controlling temperature, humidity, and sterility of the environment. The aliquot of fungal liquid tissue culture is optionally agitated to form hyphael conglomerations of mycelium having sizes of less than 1 mm in diameter.

摘要: A process for enhancing polyphenolics content of beverages brewed from polyphenolic containing, processed beverage substrate by pre-soaking substrate (coffee beans, for example) before roasting and then quenching the substrate after processing with the liquid in which the substrate was first “pre-soaked.” Beverages produced from the treated substrate exhibit substantially increased polyphenolics content, when compared to conventionally processed beverage substrate of the same nature and processing.
