摘要: A dispenser for sheet products includes a housing having a space inside for accommodating a stack of sheet products, wherein the housing includes a dispensing opening for dispensing a sheet product from the front of the stack, and an electronic controller configured to receive a pull-out signal indicating the removal of a product from the front of the stack through the dispensing opening and, upon receiving said pull-out signal, to send out a drive signal to transfer a number of sheet products from the front of the stack into a presentation position. The controller is further configured to receive a low-level signal indicating that the amount of sheet products left within the housing has been reduced to below a predetermined level and, upon receiving said low-level signal, to enter into a low-level mode in which the sending of the drive signal in response to the pull-out signal is disabled.

摘要: A separation unit for separating a web material along preformed lines of weakness. The separation unit has a width direction and includes at least a first roller having a rotational axis extending in the width direction and a web width extending in the width direction, and at least a second roller having a rotational axis extending parallel with the rotational axis of the first roller and a web width extending in the width direction. The second roller is positioned at a distance from the first roller. Each of the first and the second rollers is provided with at least one protrusion element extending perpendicularly from the axes. Each of the protrusion elements has a maximum width in the width direction, a maximum radial extension from the rotational axes, an inner portion adjacent to the rotational axes, and an outer portion remote from the rotational axes.

摘要: An electronic cleaning system and method includes a handle assembly configured to grasp a moistened tissue. A cartridge is included within a dispensing unit to store the tissue. A motor selectively releases the tissue from the cartridge. A control unit is configured to monitor and selectively control a plurality of devices that permit the hands-free cleaning and sanitizing of a defined area. The control unit processes and transmits data regarding the status of the defined area. A remote panel and auxiliary systems assist in cleaning and conveying information to users. The system permits for manually cleaning of surfaces in the defined area without the need to physically contact any of the cleaning tissue, chemicals, or surfaces therein. Additionally, the system includes UV light emitting systems to clean remote surfaces and the air. The user is separated from the potentially harmful surfaces and chemicals.

摘要: The invention relates to a dispensing nozzle 2 for a container of wipes (not shown). The nozzle 2 features an annular projection 14 the inside of which features inward facing spikes 17. The spikes can be made from a flexible elastomer or a non flexible polypropylene material. The spikes 17 feature ‘slit’ sections of weakness that enables the spikes to flex upwardly when subjected to upward pressures from say a wipe (not shown) passing though the structure of the dispensing nozzle 2. If downward forces act on the wipe after it has been inserted into the nozzle so as to force the wipe 4 back into its container, two things happen. 1) The spikes 17 or spikes flex back to their original position thereby imposing space restrictions within the annular projection that imped wipe fall back. 2) The ends 20 of the spikes 17 dig into the wipe thereby impeding wipe fall back still further.
