摘要: A smart sling for patient transfer assistance includes a first driving unit, a second driving unit, a wire part and a sling unit. The first driving unit is configured to provide a rotational driving force. The second driving unit is spaced apart from the first driving unit by a predetermined distance. The wire part extends between the first driving unit and the second driving unit. The sling unit is configured to unfold toward the second driving unit from a folded state into the first driving unit along the wire part, to position a patient on the sling unit.

摘要: A patient transport apparatus comprising a support frame, a base, a bracket coupled to the support frame and comprising a channel being non-linear, a frame assembly coupled between the support frame and the base and comprising a slidable member disposed in the channel, the slidable member being moveable between a plurality of different positions in the channel to place the support frame in a plurality of different poses relative to the base. The patient transport apparatus also comprises a sensor configured to detect the slidable member in the channel and produce a reading, as well as a controller coupled to the sensor and configured to receive the reading from the sensor, determine the position of the slidable member in the channel based on the reading, and determine the pose of the support frame relative to the base based on the determined position of the slidable member.

摘要: An apparatus for transporting a patient. The apparatus includes a supporting portion to grasp part of the body of a patient. A footboard unit is provided upon which the patient is able to stand when supported by the supporting portion, the footboard unit movable along a floor by movable means. A frame is connected between the footboard unit and the supporting portion. The apparatus is configured so that the footboard unit is able to move in proximity to a bed upon which the patient is lying, whereat the supporting portion can grasp the part of the body of the patient, wherein the frame and the supporting portion are able to support the patient in transitioning from a lying position on the bed to a standing position adjacent the bed as the footboard unit is moved relative to the bed.

摘要: The invention discloses a care bed including a bed frame and a wheelchair. A head panel, a tail panel, a foldable first lateral connecting portion and a second lateral connecting portion of the bed frame constitute an accommodating space of the bed frame. The bed frame has a notch formed at the folded first lateral connecting portion. The wheelchair is moved by the carriage base into the accommodating space through the notch. The backrest, the first armrest, the second armrest, the leg-rest and the footrest of the wheelchair are regulated into a co-plane with the seat to constitute a mattress. The mattress fits the accommodating space of the bed frame.

摘要: Modular chair systems and methods of transporting a subject using a modular chair system are described. A modular chair system includes a seat component, a chair component, and a wheelchair component. The seat component includes a seat having a planar lower surface with one or more recesses and one or more attachment bars disposed in each of the recesses. The chair component includes one or more chair latch mechanisms and the wheelchair component includes one or more wheelchair latch mechanisms. Each attachment bar corresponds to one of the chair latch mechanisms and one of the wheelchair latch mechanisms such that the seat component is configured to be placed upon the chair component or the wheelchair component and releasably held in place by the chair latch mechanisms or the wheelchair latch mechanisms.
