    摘要: A device for feeding material in the form of a coil of wire from a fixture for receiving and rotating said coil of wire through a straightening apparatus and a heating station to a hot and semi-cold metal-working machine in an intermittent manner. The device includes a cold feeding fixture with one or more pair of rollers which act on the cold wire to pull the wire from the coil and through the straightening apparatus and a hot feeding fixture downstream of the heating station with at least one pair of feed rollers which act on the hot wire and urge the hot wire against a stop of the metal-working machine. The device also includes adjustable link means for driving both feeding fixtures in formulant synchronism with the metal-working machine.

    摘要: The strip material which is fed intermittently in desired feed lengths is provided with register marks at feed length intervals and photoelectric means continuously scan the strip to detect the marks and effect adjustment of the feed rolls either forwardly or rearwardly through the brake mechanism so as obtain the desired accurate registration of the marks. The photoelectric means produce electric signals as the marks are scanned and said electric signals are passed by shutter means only in the event the mark is detected in either the lead or in the lag zones. The electric signals thus passed are caused to produce electric pulses which are delivered to an electric motor having driving relation with the brake mechanism.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a correction equipment for an end face of an aluminum alloy wheel, including a correction device and a transport device, which is configured to transport the aluminum alloy wheel to the correction device. The correction device comprises a rack body, which is provided with an oil cylinder on an upper part, a lower pressing plate on a middle part and a jacking air cylinder on a bottom part, with an output end of the oil cylinder fixedly connected downward to an upper pressing disc and an output end of jacking air cylinder fixedly connected upward to a lifting frame, on which a displacement roller way is provided. The present invention satisfies the need for an end face correction for an aluminum alloy wheel while having significant, stable and reliable characteristics.

    摘要: An apparatus to control lateral motion of a bar moving along a guidance path includes a pair of rotatable hubs each having at least first and second rollers at locations around the perimeter of the hub. The first roller has a first retaining groove of a first radius and the second roller has a second groove of a second radius smaller than the first radius. Each hub further includes at least one guiding element located between the rollers with a guide channel extending in the outer surface. A mounting system allows the hubs to be rotated between first and second positions. In the first position the first rollers oppose each other forming a guideway having a first, enlarged diameter for capturing a free end of an approaching bar. In the second position the second rollers form a second, smaller diameter to match the actual size of the bar.

    摘要: A high-speed bar feeding system for automatically feeding long non-cylindrical (concrete) reinforcing bars wherein the bars are removed from a bundle, placed in a single row on an inclined feed ramp having a multiplicity of support rolls and overhead retaining means adjacent the upper surfaces of the bars, the bars are transferred several at a time from the ramp to a conveyor adjacent the ramp having driven cylindrical rolls and a series of spaced fanning magnets located between the conveyor rolls which position the bars with a predetermined spacing, and the bars are advanced to magnetic drive rolls having several V-grooves to receive the bars and guide them through a cut-off machine to a retractable length gauge. Unique escapement means are employed to lift the bars comprising a series of arms which swing from an inclined retracted position below the conveyor rolls to an inclined raised position wherein the several bars move laterally off the feed ramp by gravity to a position above the conveyor rolls. Each escapement arm has a multiplicity of support rolls to facilitate movement of the non-cylindrical bars and has an escapement plate to engage the first of the remaining bars on the ramp. A unique control system allows operation of the escapement arms a short time before the flat roll conveyor is clear to receive more bars so that the bars can be fed continuously to the cut-off machine with no time delay.
