摘要： The present invention refers to a band saw cutting equipment used, preferably, for the cutting of frozen food products, which has a double band saw cutting system, both in the same cutting plane, with opposite serrated edges on the outside of the said cutting system and with a piece of guidance and separation of the two band saws, that allow the correct position of the band saw to be assured without it bending, maintaining the cutting plane and avoiding that it moves in the cutting plane, avoiding it leaving the pulley system, maintaining a minimum separation between the saws.

摘要： A workpiece clamping device for a machine tool is provided, which has a base, first and second clamping jaws between which a workpiece is clampable, a drive, and an actuating element which is displaceable relative to the base and which is coupled to the first clamping jaw. A movement of the actuating element is brought about by the drive and the actuating element brings about a displacement of the first clamping jaw. A transmitter is arranged on the actuating element and is displaceable together with the actuating element and is displaceable relative to the actuating element. A first stop and a spaced-apart second stop are provided, between which stops the transmitter is displaceable together with the actuating element. When the transmitter abuts against the first or second stop, the transmitter is displaceable relative to the actuating element. A sensor is provided for detecting one or more positions of the transmitter.

摘要： A food slicing machine using a linear servo motor to reciprocate a carriage holding food products through a path that includes a slicing blade. The slicing apparatus is a modular apparatus that can be mounted to and removed from slicing machines as a unit without the need for disassembly of the components of the slicing apparatus. An adjustment mechanism for the blade guide uses two shafts that extend from a bearing plate into a finger that is mounted to the blade guide. The lower shaft has a cam nut that displaces the finger about the upper shaft to bend the blade guide. There is also an adjustment mechanism for the idler pulley of the band blade apparatus.

摘要： A feed table with force reaction system for counteracting clamping forces on a shuttle vise used to move a workpiece toward a machine tool. In a first embodiment, lever arms are attached to an upper guide rail between two vertical columns. A reaction actuator interconnects upper ends of the lever arms such that when actuated, a reaction force is applied to the vertical columns by lower ends of the lever arms to counteract clamping forces created by a clamping actuator attached to one of the vertical columns. In a second embodiment, lever arms are also used and interconnected at the upper ends thereof by a reaction bar. A reaction actuator is attached to a lower end of each of the lever arms to apply the reaction force. In third and fourth embodiments, a clamping force bar is positioned above the upper guide beam. A clamping actuator is attached to the clamping force bar such that clamping forces are not transmitted to the vertical columns.

摘要： A quick adjusting device for a lower guide base of a band saw includes a base plate, an adjusting base, a guide unit, a tightening member and an adjusting rod. The base plate is connected firmly with a lower guide base of a band saw to move altogether, having a transverse guide slot for the tightening member to pass through and then screw with a worktable. The adjusting base is fixed on the work table, having one side combined with the guide unit and the other side combined with the threaded rod, for the guide unit to fit in the base plate and for the adjusting rod to engage with. Then the base plate and the lower guide base can be moved to adjust their locations to suit to band saw bodies with various widths, by rotating the adjusting rod and moving said guide unit.
