摘要: A bodyshell structure for an electrically driveable motor vehicle includes a ventilation channel formed by a plurality of structural components that are connected to one another and delimit respective cavities. The ventilation channel has at least one inlet opening for inflow of a venting gas that emerges from a drive battery of the motor vehicle in an event of a thermal event and has at least one outlet opening via which the venting gas is dischargeable into a surrounding of the motor vehicle. A venting gas treatment device is disposed inside the ventilation channel where the venting gas and/or particles entrained with the venting gas is treatable by the venting gas treatment device.

摘要: Electric vehicles include adjustable battery positions and/or adjustable track widths for controlling vehicle stability. In some examples, an electric vehicle comprises a positioning mechanism configured to move the battery pack relative to the support structure (e.g., operable as the vehicle's frame) to change the vehicle's COG. The battery pack can be moved in response to other vehicle operations, e.g., COG changes caused by adding/moving loads, changes to the route grade, and the like. The battery pack can be slidably coupled to the support structure. In some examples, an electric vehicle comprises a track adjustment mechanism configured to move the vehicle's wheel axle relative to the support structure, along the wheel axle center axis, thereby changing the track width. The wheel axle can be coupled to a hub motor. In some examples, the battery is moved, and/or the track width is changed during the vehicle's operation.

摘要: A battery cell pack includes a battery cell having first and second terminals and a gas vent on a bottom side of the battery cell; a frame on the bottom side of the battery cell, the frame including: a frame plate including first and second openings aligned with the first and second terminals and a third opening aligned with the gas vent, and first and second intermediate frame walls extending perpendicular to the frame plate; and a thermal protection plate extending between the intermediate frame walls, wherein the intermediate frame walls and the thermal protection plate form a channel along a length of the bottom side of the battery cell between the terminals. The present disclosure further relates to a battery pack including a plurality of battery cell packs and an electric vehicle including a battery pack.
