摘要: A firefighting method and system for energy storage, and a storage medium are provided in implementations of the present disclosure. The method includes the following. The BMS turns on a first exhaust fan corresponding to a first battery cluster where a first battery module is disposed to exhaust a preset gas from the energy-storage container, when a first gas detector disposed in the first battery module detects the preset gas. The BMS determines whether to turn on a first firefighting apparatus corresponding to the first battery cluster based on a concentration of the preset gas at each moment in a preset period and a temperature of the first battery module at each moment in the preset period, to extinguish a fire at a battery module in the energy-storage container.

The battery pack includes a housing; and a plurality of cells, provided in the housing, wherein the sum V1 of the volumes of the plurality of cells and the volume V2 of the battery pack satisfy V1/V2≥55%. The battery pack has a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to each other. A length direction of the cell is arranged along the first direction of the battery pack, and the plurality of cells are arranged along the second direction of the battery pack. The cell comprises a cell body, and the length of the cell body is 400-2500 mm.

摘要: A battery includes a battery cell having a first wall provided with a pressure relief mechanism configured to be actuated when internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, a fire-fighting pipeline configured to accommodate a fire-fighting medium and discharge the fire-fighting medium when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, a first fixing member disposed on a side of the fire-fighting pipeline close to the first wall and provided with first and second limiting parts, and a second fixing member disposed on a side of the fire-fighting pipeline away from the first wall and provided with third and fourth limiting parts. The third and first limiting parts match each other to fix the fire-fighting pipeline between the first and second fixing members. The fourth and second limiting parts match each other to limit the second fixing member in an extending direction of the fire-fighting pipeline.

摘要: An assembly and a method of manufacturing a battery pack with airgap sizing for preventing ejecta debris clogging for an electric aircraft are disclosed. The assembly includes a battery module configured to house a battery unit, wherein the battery module includes a battery cell and a cooling plate configured to stabilize battery cell temperature. The assembly includes a fire wall configured to intercept ejecta debris from the battery cell. The assembly includes an airgap configured to contain the ejecta debris between the firewall and the battery cell. The assembly includes a headspace configured to tolerate the ejecta debris on top of the battery cell, wherein the headspace includes an ejecta vent configured to vent the ejecta debris.

摘要: A battery pack includes an elongated exhaust conduit defining a gas flow channel. The exhaust conduit includes a longitudinal center axis and a terminal end having a pack vent. The battery pack also includes fins disposed within the gas flow channel, and a plurality of battery cells arranged adjacent to the exhaust conduit. Each respective battery cell includes an outer casing defining a cell cavity. The casing defines a cell vent opening. An anode and a cathode are disposed within the cell cavity, and a vent cap covers the cell vent opening. The vent cap opens at a predetermined pressure to release hot gasses from the cell cavity into the gas flow channel. The fins direct the hot gasses along the longitudinal center axis and toward the terminal end of the exhaust conduit, and thus to the pack vent for discharge to the surrounding ambient environment.
