摘要: A process to schedule an industrial vehicle for maintenance comprises constructing a warehouse model based upon a warehouse configuration to define a dimensionally constrained environment and virtual industrial vehicles operating within the environment. A workflow model defines tasks of the virtual industrial vehicles within the defined environment of the warehouse model. A kinematic model is based upon vehicle specifications for the virtual industrial vehicles, kinematic functions of the virtual industrial vehicles, constraints of the defined environment of the warehouse model, and a cutback curve computed for a parameter of a kinematic function of the virtual industrial vehicle. The kinematic model is applied to the workflow model to evaluate virtual industrial vehicle performance to determine ideal results. Actual use data of the industrial vehicle is collected during the industrial vehicle operation. The industrial vehicle is scheduled for maintenance based on a comparison of the actual use data to the ideal results.

摘要: A monitoring device for monitoring energy storage device components of an electric energy storage device has a regular arrangement of identically constructed circuit segments, from which at least one sub-arrangement can be separated with the number of circuit segments required for the electric energy storage device. The monitoring device additionally has a flexible circuit carrier with a plurality of identically constructed sections connected via separation points. Each circuit segment has a section, a monitoring unit for monitoring at least one energy storage device component, a contacting unit which is electrically connected to the monitoring unit and can be connected to the at least one energy storage device component, and a communication unit for transmitting an energy storage device component-specific monitoring signal between the monitoring unit and a controller of the electric energy storage device.

摘要: This disclosure relates generally to an apparatus for organizing battery cells. The apparatus includes a block including: sleeves forming chambers, a first sheet configured to locate the sleeves, and a foam structure surrounding the sleeves. Each chamber is configured to accommodate a battery cell. The block is configured to: organize the battery cells into battery cell groups, separate each battery cell group from its adjacent battery cell groups using a thermally insulating material, and prevent gas from entering into each battery cell group from its adjacent battery cell groups. Each battery cell group includes a plurality of the battery cells, each of the battery cells in the battery cell group is adjacent to at least another of the battery cells in the battery cell group. Each battery cell group is adjacent to at least another battery cell group.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an on-board electrical network for a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle comprises a battery cell unit configured as a so-called SmartCell. The on-board electrical network also comprises a controller for operating the battery cell unit. In order to be able to be supplied with electric energy, the controller comprises a supply connection for supplying a supply voltage. The supply voltage is usually supplied by an energy supply device of the on-board electrical network, which is coupled to the controller via a first connection line. In order to allow for a redundant energy supply for the controller, a second connection line is provided in addition to the first connection line, via which a battery cell of the respective battery cell unit is coupled to the supply connection. The supply voltage can thus be supplied either via the first connection line or via the second connection line on the basis of an operating state of the energy supply device.

摘要: Remote updating of software on a target module of an electric work vehicle including a rechargeable battery. When a software update for the machine's software is available a determination is made as to whether or not the machine's rechargeable battery is connected to a charging module. If the machine's rechargeable battery is connected to a charging module, the software update is provided on the target module. If the machine's rechargeable battery is not connected to a charging module, the software update is delayed until the rechargeable battery is connected to a charging module. The software update to the target module may be performed via remote flashing.

The energy recovery control method includes: after receiving a braking request from a vehicle, determining an allowable energy recovery power and a target energy recovery power corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the braking request contains a target braking torque; and in response to determining that the allowable energy recovery power is less than the target energy recovery power, requesting a target motor controller to control a target drive motor to perform energy recovery, according to an allowable thermal power corresponding to the target drive motor, and requesting the target motor controller to control the target drive motor to output the target braking torque, wherein the sum of the allowable thermal power and the allowable energy recovery power is greater than or equal to the target energy recovery power.
