    摘要: A seat belt for an occupant sitting on a seat in a vehicle includes a tongue part provided at a first side portion of the seat and a buckle part provided at a second side portion of the seat. The tongue part includes at least one first guide part that is operable between extended and contracted configurations, and at least one first webbing with a tongue wound therein. In addition, the tongue of the first webbing is connected with an end portion of the first guide part. The buckle part includes a second guide part that is operable between extended and contracted configurations, and the second webbing with a buckle wound therein. In addition, the buckle of the second webbing is connected with an end portion of the second guide part. The tongue of the tongue part is fastened to the buckle of the buckle part.

    摘要: A seat belt system for a vehicle comprises a first seat belt buckle mounted at a first location, a second seat belt buckle mounted at a second location and a seat belt retractor mounted at a third location, a seat belt and a circuit. The third location is spaced along a seat for an occupant from the second location. The seat belt is extendable from the seat belt retractor and has a tongue. The seat belt is extendable to connect the tongue to the first seat belt buckle or the second seat belt buckle. The circuit interconnects the first seat belt buckle, the second seat belt buckle and the seat belt retractor. The circuit is configured to change an operating mode of the seat belt retractor when (1) the seat belt tongue is removed from the first seat belt buckle and/or (2) the seat belt tongue is removed from the second seat belt buckle. An optional indicator can be provided to indicate to the vehicle operator that the operating mode of the retractor has been changed.

    摘要: A webbing height adjustment device is applied to connect to a webbing of a seat belt system. The webbing height adjustment device has a top ring member, a locking assembly, and a positioning member. The locking assembly is moveably disposed outside the top ring member. The positioning member is disposed on the side surface of the top ring member, is clutched with the locking assembly, and has a positioning element and at least one combining portion. The positioning element is disposed on the top ring member. The at least one combining portion is disposed on the positioning element and selectively and magnetically attracts the locking assembly for positioning. The webbing height adjustment device is easy to operate and automatically locks the webbing. The webbing height adjustment device can be adjusted continuously and occupies little space when not in use.
