摘要: A computer-implemented method for image processing in video conferences in a vehicle, wherein in a first reception step, first image data from a first camera and second image data from a second camera are received. The image data contain at least one image of an occupant of the vehicle. In a first extraction step, a depth information map is extracted using at least one of the two image data. In a second extraction step, features in the first image data are extracted. In a classification step, the features are classified as classified features, and include at least the occupant. In a fusion step, the depth information map and the classified features are fused to form a three-dimensional model. In a synthesis step, the first image data and the three-dimensional model are synthesized to form a synthesized image. In a display step, the synthesized image is displayed on a display device.

摘要: The disclosure generally pertains to a vehicle seat headrest adjustment system. An example method executed by a processor includes determining, based on data received from a first sensor, a spatial parameter associated with a headrest of a seat in a vehicle and determining, based on data received from the first sensor and/or a second sensor, a spatial parameter associated with a head of an occupant of the seat. The processor evaluates the spatial parameters with respect to a reference spatial relationship between the headrest and the head of the occupant and issues an audible alert and/or a visual advisory to reposition and/or reorient the headrest based on the evaluation. The spatial parameters can be, for example, an orientation of the headrest, a separation distance between the headrest and the head of the occupant, or a relative orientation of the head of the occupant with respect to the headrest.

摘要: A system and method for detecting seatbelt positioning includes capturing, by a camera, a near infrared (NIR) image of an occupant, applying a median filter to the NIR image to remove glints; converting the NIR image to a black-and-white image, scanning across the black-and-white (B/W) image to detect a plurality of transitions between black and white segments corresponding to stripes extending lengthwise along a length of the seatbelt, and using detections of the plurality of transitions to indicate a detection of the seatbelt. Converting the NIR image to the black-and-white image may include using a localized binary threshold to determine whether a given pixel in the B/W image should be black or white based on whether a corresponding source pixel within the NIR image is brighter than an average of nearby pixels within a predetermined distance of the corresponding source pixel.

摘要: A display device for a vehicle includes a moving speed calculation unit that calculates a moving speed of a pupil based on a position of the pupil detected by a pupil detection unit. In a case in which the moving speed of the pupil is equal to or lower than a threshold, a pupil diameter calculation unit calculates a pupil diameter at a present time based on the pupil at the present time, and outputs the calculated pupil diameter at the present time to a brightness adjustment unit. On the other hand, in a case in which the moving speed of the pupil exceeds the threshold, the pupil diameter calculation unit outputs a pupil diameter calculated at a previous time to the brightness adjustment unit as the pupil diameter at the present time.

摘要: An audio system is for a motor vehicle having a passenger compartment. The system includes a plurality of microphones disposed in the passenger compartment and each producing a respective microphone signal indicative of audible voices in the passenger compartment. A plurality of loudspeakers are disposed in the passenger compartment and emit sounds based on infotainment audio signals. An audio processor receives the microphone signals, and determines from the microphone signals respective locations of people in the passenger compartment who are participating in a voice conversation. The audio processor modifies the infotainment audio signals sent to individual ones of the loudspeakers based on the determined locations such that the sounds emitted by the loudspeakers are quieter as heard by the people participating in the voice conversation than as heard by at least one other person in the passenger compartment.
