摘要: A tamper-evident bag assembly that can be sealed to enclose contents within the bag assembly in a tamper-evident manner. The bag assembly is provided with closure tabs that can be folded over the top edges of the bag assembly and sealed to a side panel of the bag. Strategic portions of the bag assembly can be scored to indicate tampering if unsealing of the adhesive takes place. The bag assembly is also provided with a pull tab designed facilitate opening of the sealed bag assembly to reveal the contents contained therein. When the pull tab is used to open the sealed bag, the bag cannot be re-sealed.

摘要: An insulated bag includes a pair of opposing main panels; and a pair of opposing side panels, each side panel attached to each main panel, the main panels and the side panels defining a bag cavity within the insulated bag; the main panels and the side panels defined in an insulated blank, the insulated blank including a first paper layer; and a paper fiber pad coupled to the first paper layer, the paper fiber pad having paper reinforcement fibers interlocked with about 2% to about 25% by weight of a meltable PE/PP bi-component thermoplastic binder fiber distributed substantially randomly, wherein subjecting the repulpable shipping container to a repulpability test produces greater than 85% fiber yield.

摘要: A tamper-evident bag seal and tamper-evident bags and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, the tamper-evident bag seal may be a paper or paperboard panel that folds over the handles of an existing bag and is secured to the sides of the bag. The tamper-evident bag seal includes a perforated fold, seam, or line along that is the mechanism for opening the bag and wherein the perforated fold, seam, or line is also the tamper-evident feature of the bag. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident bag includes a sealable flap for securing the bag in the closed state. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident bag includes a tear-away strip along the sealable flap that is the mechanism for opening the bag and wherein the tear-away strip is also the tamper-evident feature of the bag.

摘要: The paper recyclable heat sealable bag includes a heat sealable water soluble inner layer coating and an article of paper. The heat sealable coating is applied to the article of paper by a printing press. As the printing press applies the heat sealable coating to the article of paper, the paper recyclable heat sealable bag may be wound into a master roll with a plurality of paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The master roll is fed into an automatic packaging system which fills the bags with a product from at least one of a top edge and a side edge of the paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The paper recyclable heat sealable bag has certain perforations to remove the paper recyclable heat sealable bag more easily from the master roll and sealed with a heat sealer.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to provide a package which enables repeated opening and sealing of an opening, and can be favorably closed by bringing a pair of resin adhesive parts into contact with each other while preventing sticking of materials to each resin adhesive part. A package of the present disclosure comprises a main body having an internal space and an opening in communication between the internal space and an outside; and a pair of, i.e., two, resin adhesive parts which are disposed so as to be capable of being brought into contact with each other for sealing the opening. Here, the 90-degree peel force between the pair of resin adhesive parts is 0.02 N or more, the coefficient of dynamic friction of each of the two resin adhesive parts is 1.50 or less, and the tack force of each of the two resin adhesive parts is 1.60 N or less.

摘要: A resealable bag enclosure may be provided that includes a film having an opposing first side and second side coupled with each other, and a resealable zipper assembly coupled with the first side and the second side of the film. The first side and the second side of the film together may form a pattern at an opening stop location disposed between the first and second edges of the film and adjacent to an end of the zipper assembly. The pattern of the first side and the second side of the film may also resist opening of the resealable bag enclosure beyond the end of the zipper assembly when the first side and the second side of the film are pulled apart to prevent the peel seal from extending beyond the pattern.
