The top portion forms a second interior space in which the second heating element is located. The top portion further forms a tunnel. The tunnel comprises an entrance and an exit. The conveyor assembly comprises a belt, a motor, a driving pulley, and a driven pulley. The belt comprises an upper food-carrying run and a lower return run. The control unit comprises a control circuit that is configured to control a speed of the motor.

    摘要: A conveyor belt is arranged in tiers at spiral stack conveyor unit. A ceiling is positioned over the spiral stack(s). A circulation fan draws thermal processing medium laterally from the tiers of the spiral stack, up the exterior of the stack and across the ceiling and through a heat exchanger. The treated thermal processing medium is then routed across the remainder of the diameter of the spiral stack and then down the side of the spiral stack diametrically opposite to the circulating fan to enter the spiral stack in a lateral direction diametrically toward the circulating fan. The thermal processing medium flows into an opening formed in the ceiling downstream of the heat exchanger and into the interior of the conveyor drive hub and then into the spiral stack through openings in the drive hub outer wall.

    摘要: An example rail wheel chain conveyor includes a first rail spaced apart from a second rail to form a transport area therebetween. A conveyor belt is configured in the transport area as a loop for moving along a continuous path. A plurality of rocker arms are spaced apart from one another and configured to support the conveyor belt. Rail wheels on each side of the rocker arms ride on the rails. A chain is mounted to an underside of the conveyor belt by being rigidly attached to the rocker arm. The example rail wheel chain conveyor includes a primary drive system having a primary chainring mounted on a drive shaft and engaging with the chain, and a primary drive motor to rotate the drive shaft, thereby rotating the chainring and moving the conveyor belt along the continuous path.

    摘要: A hygienic, cleanable conveyor roller for use in a conveyor includes a segmented hub, a plurality of spokes and a rim for contacting a conveyor belt. The segmented hub comprises a plurality of arcuate segments in different axial planes connected to each other. The conveyor roller is mounted upon and rotatable about a mounting shaft that may axially constrain the roller. During a single revolution of the conveyor roller about the mounting shaft, all surfaces of both the conveyor roller and the mounting shaft are fully exposed, allowing the surfaces to be cleaned in place, without requiring removal of the conveyor roller from the mounting shaft.

    摘要: A conveyor system and drive element for same include a chain including a plurality of links that hinge with respect to each other and a plurality of moving elements such as balls that freely move in the links. A drive element drives the chain in a conveying direction and includes an elongated body with a surface that has a plurality of planar facets arranged around the longitudinal axis of the body. The facets extend along the body and engage respective links of the chain as the body is rotated to drive the chain. Relief elements are located in each facet and are configured for receiving the moving elements of the chain links engaging the facets so the links lie generally flat on the facets when the chain is driven. Other versions of the drive element are faceted for driving a chain with links but without relief elements.
