    Abstract: A cable tray of the ladder type configuration can be fabricated from soft solid curable polymer strips comprised of a thermosetting material. The curable polymer strips in a pliable state may be wound into strip rolls for storage and transportation to the installation site. At the installation site, the soft solid curable polymer strips can be deployed, molded into pliable formed rail sections, and transversely connected together by a plurality of rungs. The curing process can be completed by, for example, exposing the thermosetting material to a ultraviolet or visible light source to produce hardened rail sections of the ladder type cable tray.

    Abstract: A floor cover assembly for a floor box assembly that includes a lid and a base ring. The base ring can have a slotted portion that is sized to accommodate at least partial slideable displacement of the lid, and which includes an opening that extends through the base ring. The lid or the base ring can include a plurality of locking tabs, and the other of the lid and the base ring can include a plurality of lock grooves. The locking tabs can each comprise an overhang that are sized to be received in an open end of a mating lock groove. The lock grooves can be shaped to accommodate displacement of the plurality of locking tabs within the mating lock groove, such as in connection with a slide-and-lock attachment. The lid can also be manufactured to include a lid cover having a three-dimensional image.

    Abstract: An electrical box comprising a perimeter wall having a plurality of sidewalls and a base wall. Each sidewall of the plurality of sidewalls can be generally orthogonal, and directly adjoined by a rounded touch-safe corner, to another sidewall of the plurality of sidewalls. Additionally, a first end of the perimeter wall can be mechanically interlocked to, and coplanar with, a second end of the perimeter wall so as to provide the perimeter wall with a generally seamless sleeve configuration. The base wall, which may be separate from the perimeter wall, or adjoined to the perimeter wall in a monolithic structure, can be adjoined to at least some portions of the perimeter wall. Further, the base wall and the perimeter wall can define an inner region of the electrical box.
