    摘要: In a test pressurizing system for a hose such as fire hose, a device is arranged for bearing of a pressurized hose in a way that it is surrounded by protective wall parts. Further, a mechanism is provided on the inside of the wall parts for marking of holes and/or other damages that can be maneuvered automatically or manually via the operator so that at least some protective wall part protects the operator under pressurization. The marking device may be combined with a device for automatic detection of holes and damages. This can for example admit marking of the hose with high precision, and/or be part of a fully automated solution for detection and marking of holes in the hose.

    摘要: In a winding apparatus for endless threads, a revolving disc (6) has at least two clamping chucks (8, 10) rotatably supported on the periphery thereof. A friction roll (2), the shaft (4) of which as well as the shaft (12) of the revolving disc (6) are mounted in a frame (14) at fixed locations. The shaft (12) is connected to a first drive device (120) and the first shaft (4) is connected to a second drive device (40). Each clamping chuck (8, 10) is provided with its own third drive device (80), and fourth drive device (100) respectively.

    摘要: A process for determining the optimum winding speed to obtain greater productivity of an automatic coner machine fed with a certain type of yarn. Acceleration and braking values are optimized, as well as various production parameters of the devices along the path of the yarn. For example, the yarn tension, the slub catching level, and the amount and nature of the lubricant, or paraffin, applied to the yarn. The collection front of the machine is subdivided into various winding sectors. Each sector is preset, by means of a central microprocessor unit, to operate at a winding speed, and with operating parameters which are partially different from, and partially equal to, the operating parameters of the other sectors, according to a program pre-set in said central unit. The central microprocessor unit processes the data received from each individual sector, and compares them to each other to define and display the values of the operating parameters. This allows the highest productivity to be obtained in the yarn winding process.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for controlling the take-up speed of a winding frame for textile yarns, which winding frame has peripheral drive by means of a pilot roller and axial drive by means of a gas turbine integral with the spindle which carries the winding. The device acts when the winding is out of contact with the pilot roller.The control device includes:a calculating unit which, using pulses originating from the pilot roller, emits pulses at a required frequency of the spindle, anda frequency comparator which compares the frequency of pulses originating from the rotating spindle with the required frequency, and which, from the comparison, controls a device for regulating the fluid supply of the turbine.Several winding frames can be simultaneously controlled. The device can be used to provide the spindle with an overspeed at the start of winding, in order to avoid drops in tension.
