摘要: A renewable material-based furandicarboxylic acid (Bio-FDCA) coating material of a polyurethane controlled release fertilizer is prepared by performing cross-linking reaction between at least one polyester polyol and at least one isocyanate, wherein the polyester polyol is made from the Bio-FDCA. Moreover, a method for preparing a polyurethane controlled release fertilizer includes by spraying the coating material on a surface of granular fertilizer, forming a layer of film after cross-linking in situ on the surface of the granular fertilizer, so as to obtain the polyurethane controlled release fertilizer. In the present invention, it is the first time to introduce the furan ring structure into the coating material of the polyurethane controlled release fertilizer, and the Bio-FDCA is taken as the source of the furan ring structure.

摘要: The present invention relates to a coated granular substance, wherein the coating is obtained by curing a binder, wherein the binder comprises: one or more benzyl ether-type phenolic resins: an isocyanate formulation consisting of one or more isocyanate compounds having at least 2 isocyanate groups per molecule: wherein the binder is further characterized by one or both of the following features: a) the binder contains free phenol and free hydroxybenzyl alcohol, wherein at least about 1.2 parts by weight of free hydroxybenzyl alcohol per 1 part by weight of free phenol is contained in the binder: b) the binder contains free phenol and free saligenin (o-hydroxybenzyl alcohol), wherein at least about 1.1 parts by weight of free saligenin (o-hydroxy benzyl alcohol) per 1 part by weight of free phenol is contained in the binder: wherein the granular substance is selected from agrochemicals. 摘要: The present invention comprises one or more organic solvents that create a non-aqueous organo solvent delivery system. (NOSDS), and one or more Organo Polycarboxylate functionalities, OPCF, that results in a stable, non-aqueous solution that can easily, safely, evenly and economically coat nitrogen source granules and/or be added to a mobile liquid form of a nitrogen source such as an aqueous dispersion, pressurized ammonia gas or molten urea and/or molten modified urea. Using these solvents provides more flexibility for nitrogen source manufacturers to produce nitrogen sources designed for a particular soil or plant. The liquid solutions are comprised of NOSDS and OPCFs and one or more of a) nitrification inhibitors, b) urease inhibitors, c) pesticides, d) fungicides, e) herbicides, f) insecticides and g) micronutrients.

The special fertilizer for intercropping maize and peanuts includes the following raw materials: coated urea, heavy superphosphate, ammonium sulfate, fermented soybean meal, bentonite, sodium molybdate, borax, humic acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, plant ash and zinc sulfate heptahydrate. The cultivation method includes the steps of land selection, land preparation, fertilizing, sowing, field management, and rotation.
