    摘要: The present disclosure provides a rubber composition and a tire which provide improved overall performance in terms of wet performance and dry performance. The present disclosure relates to a rubber composition, containing at least one polybutadiene rubber and/or at least one styrene-butadiene rubber, having a complex modulus E* that reversibly changes with water, and satisfying the following relationships 1) to 3): 1) Complex modulus E* when water-wet/Complex modulus E* before water-wet×100≤98 wherein E* represents the E* at 23° C. of the rubber composition; 2) 99≤Complex modulus E* after water-wet and dehydrated/Complex modulus E* before water-wet×100≤100 wherein E* represents the E* at 23° C. of the rubber composition; 3) 99≤Volume when water-wet/Volume before water-wet×100≤100 wherein Volume represents the volume at 23° C. of the rubber composition.

    摘要: A rubber composition for tires of the present technology contains a diene rubber, silica, and a predetermined alkyltrialkoxysilane; the diene rubber containing a butadiene rubber and a particular conjugated diene rubber, a content of the butadiene rubber in the diene rubber being 20 mass % or greater and a content of the particular conjugated diene rubber in the diene rubber being from 30 to 80 mass %; an average glass transition temperature of the diene rubber being from −65 to −45° C.; the particular conjugated diene rubber being a conjugated diene rubber produced by a particular production method and having predetermined ranges of aromatic vinyl unit content, vinyl bond content, and weight average molecular weight.

    摘要: A process for producing polyalkenyl acylating agent, wherein, upon completion of the thermal reaction of a polyalkene and an unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound, the reaction mixture is allowed to cool to below the reaction temperature, an additional amount of unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound is added to the cooled reaction mixture, which is then maintained in the reactor for a time period, optionally with agitation. Reducing the temperature of the reaction mixture prior to the introduction of additional unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound minimizes further reaction between the additional unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound and any remaining unreacted polyalkene, as well as self-polymerization of the unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound. Polymerized unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound in the reactor, suspended in the reaction mixture in the form of sediment or deposited on the internal walls of the reactor vessel as tar, is dissolved by the additional unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or anhydride compound and removed from the reactor upon draining of the reactor vessel.

    摘要: A curable thermosetting prepolymerized imide resin composition is prepared by chemically reacting, at a temperature below 150.degree. C., a liquid mixture of a carboxy-terminated polybutadiene/acrylonitrile (CTBN) and a co-reactant containing at least one N,N'-bisimide of an unsaturated carboxylic acid of general formula (I) ##STR1## where B represents a divalent radical containing a carbon-carbon double bond and A represents a divalent radical having at least two carbon atoms, at least one monoimide, and at least one organic hydrazide, to yield a curable thermosetting prepolymerized imide resin composition containing copolymerized CTBN and co-reactant. A resin composition prepared by this method may be cured at a temperature between 100.degree. C. and 350.degree. C. to yield a fully cross-linked polymimide matrix containing a dispersion of phase-separated solid particles of copolymerized CTBN and co-reagent, said matrix having a lap shear strength at 20.degree. C. at least 50% greater than that of a fully cross-linked polyimide cured from the co-reactant alone.
