摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a device for stabilizing precursor fibers for the production of carbon fibers. In the method, precursor fibers are first heated to a first temperature and held at the temperature for a predefined duration. Subsequently, the precursor fibers are heated to at least one second temperature, which is higher than the first temperature, and held at said temperature for a predefined duration. During each heating and between the heating steps, the precursor fibers are in a gas atmosphere having a negative pressure in the range between 12 mbar and 300 mbar and having an oxygen partial pressure of 2.5 to 63 mbar. The device has at least one evacuable, elongate vacuum chamber for feeding the precursor fibers through, at least two lock units and at least one heating unit. At least one lock unit is used for the sealed insertion of precursor fibers into the at least one vacuum chamber, while at least one other lock unit is used for the sealed removal of precursor fibers from the at least one vacuum chamber. The heating unit has at least two individually controllable heating elements, which are suitable for heating the at least one vacuum chamber to at least two different temperatures in heating zones which are adjacent in the longitudinal direction.

摘要: A type of high-modulus-low-shrinkage activated PET industrial yarn and preparing method thereof are disclosed. The preparing method is to manufacture filament from a modified polyester, which is the product of the esterification and the successive polycondensation reactions of evenly mixed terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and tert-butyl branched heptanediol, through a series of processes composed of viscosity enhancing by solid state polycondensation, melting, metering, extruding, cooling, oiling, stretching, heat setting, relaxation heat-treating, oiling with activation oil, winding and pre-activation treatment. The relaxation heat-treating indicates passing the modified polyester yarns through a space with a certain temperature within 200-220° C. under a proper relaxation state; and the proper relaxation state means a 3.0-5.0% of overfeed for the winding. The improvement of activator efficiency by importing the tert-butyl branched diol into the polyester, together with the synergistic effect of heat setting temperature and high winding overfeed rate, will reduce the fiber thermal shrinkage.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device and to a method for producing a texturized filament or yarn, wherein at least one filament is guided into a draw device, is guided there by a pair of intake rollers towards at least two pairs of drafting system rollers and drawn by the same, downstream of which is disposed a texturizing device with a cooling drum. Downstream the texturizing device with the cooling drum is disposed at least one cooled drafting system roller, by which the filament, respectively the yarn is cooled to a temperature of 0° C. to 50° C.

摘要: A device and a method for manufacturing a synthetic yarn, in which at least two yarn plugs (1), (2), (3) are produced by texturing, are placed in a first zone (A) on the cooling surface (6c) of a rotating cooling drum (6), moved to a second zone (B) and form more than one winding (I),(II), in which the yarn plugs are kept in the second zone (B) by a gas stream (FB) on the cooling surface (6c), and in which no gas stream or a less powerful gas stream is generated in an intermediate zone (C) in order to prevent the yarn plugs (1), (2), (3) from leaving the second zone (B).

摘要: An oxidation furnace for the oxidative treatment of fibers, in particular for producing carbon fibers, the furnace having a housing with an inner space which is gas-tight apart from areas for the passage of the fibers. A process chamber is located in the inner space of the housing. Guide rollers guide the fibers arranged adjacently as a fiber carpet in a serpentine manner through the process chamber, the fiber carpet spanning respective planes between opposite guide rollers, a partial area of the inner space being defined both above and below said planes. The process chamber extends between a primary blowing device arranged on a blowing end of the housing and a primary suction device, where a primary gas is blown into a partial area by the primary blowing device in such a way that the process gas flows through the process area in a process flow direction. A secondary gas can be blown into the partial area by a secondary blowing device, on the side of the primary blowing device located at a distance from the process chamber, using a flow sealing device.
