摘要: A stretched polyester film and a method for preparing the stretched polyester film are disclosed. The stretched polyester film contains a polyester resin in which a diol component and a dicarboxylic acid component are polymerized, wherein the heat shrinkage rate of the film at 80° C. in the main shrinkage direction is 40% or more, and, upon a first thermal treatment and a second thermal treatment, a first melting temperature (Tm1) and a second melting temperature (Tm2) appear when the film is analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The stretched polyester film has excellent heat shrinkability, along with an increased efficiency of a recycling process of waste plastic containers.

摘要: A phosphorus-containing flame retardant is produced by reacting at a reaction temperature a mixture including a metal or suitable metal compound and a stoichiometric excess relative to the metal or suitable metal compound of an unsubstituted or alkyl or aryl substituted phosphonic or pyrophosphonic acid, wherein the phosphonic or pyrophosphonic acid is in a molten state at the reaction temperature. The chemical composition of the resulting flame retardant product leads to excellent flame retardancy and exhibits high thermal stability. The presently disclosed flame retardants are useful, for example, in polymer compositions, particularly thermoplastics processed at high temperatures, over a wide range of applications.

摘要: Disclosed is an eco-friendly biodegradable polyester resin composition, including: a polyester resin including a diol, an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, wherein an alternating ratio of the polyester resin is 0.3 to 0.7, wherein the alternating ratio is a ratio of a diol, bonded between the aromatic dicarboxylic acid and the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, among the diol. The diol may include 1,4-butanediol; the aromatic dicarboxylic acid may include terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate; and the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid may include adipic acid. When the biodegradable polyester resin composition is dried at 80° C., placed in a stainless steel mold, and compressed at 210° C. under a pressure of 10 MPa for 3 minutes to produce a polyester sheet having a thickness of 300 μm, the sheet has a tensile strange range from 40 MPa to 60 MPa, an elongation at break range from 800% to 1100%, and Young's modulus range from 20 MPa to 80 MPa.

摘要: This invention discloses an electro-welding protective glove and its preparation method. The method comprises: S1, selecting raw materials; S2, preparing a refined terephthalic acid/graphene oxide/ethylene glycol modified slurry; S3, esterification reaction; S4, condensation reaction; S5, heating and melting the modified graphene oxide flame-retardant polyester masterbatch, then spinning it into a bundle; S6, weaving the obtained graphene oxide flame-retardant polyester filament into a woven fabric; S7, preparing a flame-retardant agent finishing solution, immersing the fabric into the finishing solution, then drying it; S8, according to the glove template, cutting and sewing the obtained fabric. This invention also provides an electro-welding protective glove prepared by the method. The method provided by this invention is simple and suitable for electro-welding and other fields, and can effectively protect human safety.

摘要: Compostable seaweed-based compositions, and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the seaweed-based composition comprises (i) a phycocolloid including agar, alginate, carrageenan, and/or unprocessed seaweed, (ii) a polymer comprising thermoplastic starch (TPS), polycaprolactone (PCL), polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polyesteramide (PEA), polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), polybutylene succinate (PBS), and/or polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), and (iii) an additive, wherein the phycocolloid comprises no more than 90 wt % of the seaweed-based composition, the biopolymer comprises no more than 80 wt % of the seaweed-based composition, and the additive comprises no more than 50 wt % of the seaweed-based composition.

摘要: A high-strength thermal-stability polyester industrial yarn is prepared by spinning, winding and coordination treatment of a modified polyester after a solid-state polycondensation; wherein the method of coordination treatment comprises: soaking the wound fiber in an aqueous solution of a coordination agent, and the concentration of the aqueous solution of the coordination agent is 0.1-0.2 mol/L; wherein the condition of coordination treatment is 48-72 hours at 80-100° C., and the concentration of the aqueous solution of the coordination agent is 0.1-0.2 mol/L; wherein the polyester segments of the prepared high-strength thermal-stability polyester industrial yarn comprises a terephthalic acid segment, an ethylene glycol segment and a 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid segment, and 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid segments of different polyester segments are coordinated by Fe3+, the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid segment to the 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid segment is 1:(0.03-0.05).

摘要: The present invention relates to a polyester resin composition containing a polyester resin (A) which satisfies requirements (i) The polyester resin (A) has an acid value of 100 eq/ton or more; (ii) The polyester resin composition contains substantially no curing agent; and (iii) The polyester resin composition has a storage elastic modulus E′ at 200°° C. of 1.0×104 Pa or more after subjected to a heating treatment at 240° C. for 1 hour. The polyester resin composition of the present invention is capable of suppressing a harmful outgas and is suitable for a paint for cans having excellent properties such as curing properties, retort resistance, and processability.
