摘要： A method for continuously treating strand-like textile material which is transported horizontally in vertical loops, by way of transverse rods or bars, through a treatment liquid, particularly a hot mixture of liquids; the formation of the loops occurs by way of vertical flow. The loop formation, the maintaining of the formed loop, the form or shape stability thereof, as well as the horizontal movement thereof are effected by transverse rods or bars, which are arranged in the lower loop bends and in the vicinity of the container bottom move from the textile strand inlet or entry side of the textile strand outlet or discharge side, and by a flow directed upwardly between the transverse rods or bars; the horizontal movement is aided by a horizontal transverse flow of the treatment liquid. The apparatus for carrying out the foregoing method includes a cubic or quadratic liquid container, and an endless chain which is guided in the vicinity of the container bottom and the container end walls and is provided with transverse rods or bars of greater width than that of the textile strand to be treated. The apparatus further includes an air permeable and liquid permeable stationary support or overlay which is inclined relative to the horizontal from the textile strand inlet or entry side to the textile strand outlet or discharge side of the container. The apparatus also includes a pair of rails in the vicinity of the container bottom for the transverse rods or bars, of the endless chain, moved thereon, and upwardly directed nozzles located below the support or overlay as well as a device for generating the transverse flow.

摘要： In a device for the storage and reaction treatment of textile material in web form for continuous passage which includes a cylinder, a transporting device for transporting the textile material onto the surface of the cylinder in the circumferential direction thereof, a pleating device for pleating the textile material in several layers with folds parallel to the axis of the cylinder onto the top of the cylinder, a depositing device arranged underneath the cylinder, and a pulling off device for pulling the textile material off at a point following the lower crest of the cylinder in the travel direction, dissolving the folded layers, the velocities of the transporting device and the pleating device and the stroke of the pleating device are controlled such that the folded layers extend at least one-third on both sides of the upper crests of the cylinder and that the length of a folded layer from one fold to another fold is one-quarter to one-half of the cylinder circumference, and that the folded layers cover each other on at least two-thirds of their length.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously carrying out washing, raising milling, scouring, bleaching and dyeing, of fabric. In carrying out the aforesaid operations, it is essential for the fabric to be carried forward in a stabilized and relaxed state accurately and continuously in a treating fluid and on the other hand the treating fluid should move vigorously without a hitch and come into contact with the fabric uniformly. In the present invention the stabilized posture of the fabric particularly in a treating space is emphasized and at the entry of the treating space the fabric is folded in the wavy form in good order resulting in the more uniform contact between the treating fluid or liquor and the fabric. Further jet or blowing angles of jet nozzles have been arranged to make jets of the treating liquor accurately strike the fabric. Treatment effect has thus been improved by holding properly the fabric in the treating space and blowing the treating liquor from both sides of the fabric on to the fabric.
