摘要： Disclosed herein is a washing machine, which includes a clutch unit provided to be able to selectively transmit power generated from a drive unit to a drum and a pulsator. The clutch unit includes an outer shaft that is connected to the drum at an upper side thereof and rotates the drum, an inner shaft that is located in the outer shaft, is connected to the pulsator at an upper side thereof, and rotates the pulsator, and a one-way bearing that is installed between the inner shaft and the outer shaft. The one-way bearing selectively transmits a rotating force from the outer shaft to the inner shaft according to a rotating direction of the outer shaft. With this configuration, it is possible to simplify a structure of the clutch unit and to use space efficiently.

摘要： A washing machine contains a wash tub, an impeller and a motor. Clothing is put into the tub and the load is detected. Water is added until the water level is below or equal to load height. To begin washing, the impeller drives the clothing to overturn, resulting in generating three types of water flows: agitating flow, enhancing flow and balancing flow. At first, the agitating flow breaks the balance of the load to disperse clothing, then the enhancing flow overturns clothing for washing. Finally, the balancing flow maintains the circulation path for the load balance overturning. Single sequential control or repeatedly alternating cycle control of the three types of water flows can be adopted for washing. The invention can save water, improve washing efficiency and avoid intertwining of clothing, characterized by full-range, thorough, repeated and efficient washing.

摘要： Described is a washer having a driving unit which is installed at the lower portion of a rotation axis and rotates the rotation axis, a feed unit which is axially connected to the rotation axis and moves up and down as the rotation axis rotates, and a wash plate which is fixedly installed at the upper portion of the feed unit and has an up-and-down motion as the rotation axis rotates. An up-and-down motion of the wash plate enables even distribution of a heart-type water flow, which then contributes to the prevention of tangling of wash articles at the central portion of a wash tub as well as clinging of wash articles to a pulsator. By using a washer of the present invention, increased washing efficiency can be expected.
