    摘要: A low maintenance rail seat has recess in the concrete tie and an abrasion plate that covers the floor of the recess and its sides parallel to the rail base. The abrasion plate includes ribs which seat in additional recesses in the tie to retard longitudinal movement. The anti-abrasion assembly preferably has four flanges which wrap around the top of concrete tie to prevent dust particles from entering and abrading the concrete rail seat. These flanges also wrap around the support shoulder for additional resistance to longitudinal movement. The components are designed to provide 8.5″ of lateral support along the side of the rail base while the traditional e clip fastener provides only 3″ of lateral support. The interlock feature between the anti-abrasion assembly and the concrete tie also minimizes relative movement between abrasion plate and concrete tie, which results in less concrete surface abrasion.

    摘要: A rail fastener comprises a rail support in a form of a bracket secured to a rail base and an lever oriented in perpendicular to the rail longitudinal axis, wherein one end of the lever is articulated to the bracket by a silentblock and the other end comprises a rail mounting platform equipped with limiters of the rail displacement in the direction perpendicular to the rail track axis. The rail is secured to the rail support by two clips disposed astride the rail. Some ends of the clips are taken under the lower surface of the rail platform, while the other ends abut on the upper surface of the rail flange via hexagonal adjusters each having an orifice located eccentrically in relation to the hexagon axis and receiving the other end of the clip. The rail fastener further comprises two elastic members disposed between the rail and the rail base astride the lever, and their thickness is selected so as to form a gap between the rail base and the lower surface of the lever in a position when the rail receives a load of a train wheels.

    摘要: In an assembly for use in fastening a railway rail to an underlying rail foundation, a resilient railway rail fastening clip (1, 2,3) has at least one portion (1a) which when in use bears on, and extends substantially parallel to, a flange (301) of an adjacent railway rail (300), and retains an insulator (13, 13') for electrically insulating the clip (1, 2, 3) from the rail (300) when in use. The insulator (13) is held in engagement with the clip (1, 2, 3), which has a rail bearing portion of substantially circular cross-section, such that it can rotate about the longitudinal axis of the said rail bearing portion (1a). Unlike the prior art the insulator is self-aligning on the rail flange (301) when the rail (300) moves. One insulator (13, 13') disclosed has at least two load bearing surfaces (13a), such that it may be rotated so as to present an unworn load bearing surface (13a) to the rail flange (301). The thickness of material between the load bearing surfaces (13a) of the insulator (13, 13') and the rail bearing portion (1a) of the clip (1, 2, 3) may be made to vary between adjacent load bearing surfaces (13a), such that the insulator (13) can be rotated so as to adjust the height of the rail bearing portion (1a) above the rail flange (301).

    摘要: An elastic rail clamp (10), for fastening a rail to an underlying rail plate or rail tie (1). The clamp is of the type comprising a pair of substantially parallel members (19) folded into a D configuration so as to have a front toe portion (16) adapted to seat on a flange of the rail, which toe portion is formed by respective free end regions (18) of the substantially parallel members, and to also have a base portion (11) adapted to seat in a slot (4) in the rail plate or a shoulder secured to the rail tie. The clamp is shaped such that the parts (14) of the substantially parallel members between the base portion (11) and the toe portion (16) are tapered in external dimensions towards the toe portion of the clamp, and the free end regions (18) of the substantially parallel members are turned back toward a rear portion (13) of the clamp and project outwardly so as to abut a portion of the rail plate or of the shoulder secured to the rail tie when the clamp is in use, thereby to prevent the clamp from sliding off the rail flange.
