    摘要: A reflector having a plurality of grooves formed on the outer periphery and extending in the axial direction thereof and irregularities formed on the inner periphery thereof to provide secure engagement of the reflector on each cross piece of a ladder. The reflectors are easily attached to each cross piece and can be reliably held thereon thereby preventing accidents when the user goes up or down the ladder. The ladder provided with the reflectors includes a pair of beams, a plurality of cross pieces provided between and connecting the beams, and each cross piece has a plurality of grooves provided on the outer periphery and extending in the axial direction thereof. A reflector is disposed on at least one end of each cross piece at a connecting portion between the cross piece and the respective beam, and each reflector is ring shaped and has a plurality of irregularities formed on the inner periphery at a small diameter portion thereof which engage in the grooves of the respective cross piece. Reflector portions having irregularities are also formed on the inner periphery of the reflector at a large diameter portion thereof, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the outer periphery and extend in the axial direction thereof.

    摘要: Ladder constructions and methods of forming the same wherein box-type or tubular rails are employed. The rung-to-rail connection or joint is formed by providing an opening in one of the rail side walls and an aligned clearance hole in the opposite rail side wall to afford an opening through which a swaging tool is projected and forms an annulus in tight engagement into the inner surfaces surrounding the opening in the first named rail side wall, cooperating swaging means forming an annulus on the outer surfaces surrounding the said opening. A ladder having tubular side rails is hence provided with a rail-to-rung joint on one of the walls by projecting a swaging tool through a clearance hole in an opposite wall. The clearance hole is adapted to be closed by placing a plug in the same and in the event the clearance hole is in the innermost side rail the rung is adapted to be used to close the space provided by the opening in the rail between the rung and one of the side rails.

At least a first of these elements is of a tubular shape, preferably of a rectangular cross section, and provided with an aperture in its wall through which the end of a second element is inserted so as to abut directly or indirectly against the inside of the wall of the first element at a point opposite the aperture where the inserted end of the second element is additionally secured either directly or indirectly to the wall of the first element. The two elements may either be welded directly to each other or be interconnected by an additional supporting member which may be inserted into and welded to the first element and then braces the opposite wall portions of the latter against each other. This supporting member forms a socket into which the end of the second element may be inserted.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a swimming pool ladder with a barrier. The ladder includes two ladder sections. A top platform for supporting is connected between the upper portions of the two ladder sections and disposed above the swimming pool. The two ladder sections are respectively positioned inside and outside the swimming pool. The ladder section includes two parallel-disposed rails and a plurality of steps. The plurality of steps are mounted at intervals along the two rails from top to bottom. A barrier is provided that is perpendicular to the inner side face of the first ladder section. The barrier has a triangle shape, one edge of which is adjacent the inner side face of the first ladder section and fixed on at least two steps through at least two connectors and another edge is adjacent the inner sidewall of the swimming pool. The top end of the barrier is spaced from the top platform by a distance and the bottom end is adjacent the floor of the swimming pool.
