摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of coal mining, and in particular, to a mining method without coal pillars with roof-cutting and roadway retaining, comprising: constructing a gas drainage roadway and eliminating outbursts in a working face transport gate area and a working face track gate area on opposite sides of a first mining working face; constructing the working face track gate, the working face transport gate, a first process roadway and a second process roadway, one end of the working face track gate is communicated with an air return roadway, the other end is communicated with the gas drainage roadway by the first process roadway, one end of the working face track gate is communicated with the air return roadway, the other end is communicated with the gas drainage roadway by the second process roadway; stoping the working face, forming an roadway retaining section, the roadway retaining section is communicated with the gas drainage roadway by the first process roadway and the second process roadway, forming a ventilation system. Make full use of the existing gas drainage roadway to meet the roadway layout requirements using the 110 construction method, increasing the use function of the roadway and increasing the reuse rate of the roadway, reducing the roadway engineering quantity before production, shortening the construction period and reduce the cost.

摘要: A pit designing method is provided without coal-pillar leaving and laneway excavation. The method includes drilling a main shaft and an auxiliary shaft from a ground to a coal bed and exploiting in the coal bed first and second connection laneways. The first connection laneway is in communication with the main shaft, and the second connection laneway is in communication with the auxiliary shaft. The method further includes communicating the first and second connection laneways, and using a communication part between the first connection laneway and the second connection laneway as a first open-off cut; and by using a direction of the first open-off cut further away from the connecting line connecting the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft as a first direction, and exploiting by cutting a coal wall in the first direction using a coal mining machine.

The drilling control system adjusts a drilling direction a water supply pressure of the drill rod, the high-pressure water power system supplies high-pressure water with different pressures to the device, and the water pressure grading control system ensures that a water pressure for flushing drill cuttings is less than 5 MPa, a water pressure for slitting in a direction perpendicular to a length of the drill rod is 25-35 MPa, a water pressure for sealing with a borehole sealing capsule is 35-40 MPa, and a water pressure for further pressure relief and permeability increasing of a coal seam is 40-50 MPa. The fracturing and sealing control system controls borehole sealing and hydrofracturing operations.

摘要: A synergistic mining method for underground mining, separation and filling for a close distance coal seam group is applicable to the mining engineering field. Full-mechanized caving mining is carried out for a close distance coal seam group, an underground coal gangue separation system and a filling face are designed according to the yield of gangue in the production process; the gangue produced in the mining process is transported centrally into an underground coal gangue separation chamber, and the separated gangue is transported to the filling face for filling and mining; the gangue produced at the filling face is transported back to the filling face for backfilling after underground washing separation. The method separates nearby and filling at selected locations, reduces the damage and disturbance to the underground rock mass that may be caused by a conventional mining method, and solves problems in treatment of strong dynamic pressure in advance.

摘要: An automatic coal mining machine and a fluidized coal mining method are provided. A first excavation cabin is configured to cut coal seam to obtain raw coal and to be transported to a first coal preparation cabin for separating coal blocks from gangue. Then, the obtained coal blocks are transported to a first fluidized conversion reaction cabin. The first fluidized conversion reaction cabin converts the energy form of the coal block into liquid, gas or electric energy, which is transported to a first energy storage cabin for storing. Coal mining and conversion are carried out in underground coal mines, so it is not necessary to raise coal blocks to the ground for washing and conversion, thereby reducing the transportation cost of coal, improving the utilization degree of coal, and avoiding the pollution of the ground environment caused by waste in the mining and conversion process.

摘要: The present invention discloses a zero-gangue-discharge short-wall face pillar-free mining method, which is applicable to zero-gangue-discharge disposal in the mining operation in a mine shaft. A short-wall face is arranged in a selected area near a mine shaft according to the actual conditions of the mine shaft, the short-wall face is mined in a fully mining and fully back-filling mode, the gangues produced at other mining faces of the mine shaft are filled into the short-wall face, the short-wall face is supported with anchor rods along the edge of the filling face and the solid coal side to form an entry, and the entry is utilized to mine an adjacent working face. The method in the present invention mainly displaces the coal mass with gangues and thereby maximizes the utilization of the resources; in addition, the method can fully control the roof and realize mining without damage to the rock formation. Therefore, the method is of great value for wide application.

摘要: A system for extracting gas from a tectonically-deformed coal seam in-situ by depressurizing a horizontal well cavity is provided. A horizontal well is constructed by a horizontal well drilling and reaming subsystem and adjoins a vertical well to form a U-shaped well, and a horizontal section of the horizontal well is reamed to enlarge hole diameter. A horizontal well hole-collapse cavity-construction depressurization excitation subsystem performs pressure-pulse excitation and stress release on the horizontal well of tectonically-deformed coal bed methane, and hydraulically displaces a coal-liquid-gas mixture such that the mixture is conveyed towards a vertical well section along a depressurizing space. A product lifting subsystem further pulverizes the coal and lifts the mixture towards a wellhead of a vertical well. A gas-liquid-solid separation subsystem separates the coal, liquid and gas. A monitoring and control subsystem detects and controls the operation conditions and the execution processes of technical equipment in real time.
