The rotating guide vane module comprises a rotating guide vane back cover plate, a rotating guide vane front cover plate, a rotating guide vane drive gear, and rotating guide vanes. Each rotating guide vane is an integrally-formed independent component and comprises a rotating guide vane back seat, a blade, a rotating guide vane front seat, and a shaft. When the rotating guide vane module for hydraulic working condition adjustment of the present invention is used for adjusting the hydraulic working condition, a center gear rotates to drive the rotating guide vane drive gear, and then the rotating guide vanes rotate to change their opening degrees.

The guide vane body has a turbine leading edge facing the turbine flow and a turbine trailing edge facing away from the turbine flow, where the individual guide vanes come into contact with one another along closing edges when the wicket gate is closed, where the guide vanes each have two flow-guiding surfaces on either side of the axis of rotation and opposite one another that are limited by the two end faces. The axial flow turbine has a housing that provides an outer draft tube. A second inner draft tube is supported within the outer draft. The axial flow turbine may be installed as a single modular unit in low head environments.

摘要: An apparatus for modifying the geometry of at least one part of a turbine can include a shell assembly 3 that includes an outer shell that is shaped to modify the shape of a pre-existing element of a turbine. The outer shell 8 of the shell assembly 3 can be composed of a fiber-reinforced polymeric material and can at least partially define an inner cavity. The outer shell 8 can be bonded to a structure to modify the geometrical shape of that structure. Thereafter, a polymer casting 12 can be injected into the inner cavity via at least one injection port attached to the shell assembly. In some embodiments, one or more stiffeners 9 and/or a core 10 can be positioned within the inner cavity to help improve the bonding of the polymer casting 12 to the shell 2 and/or improve a structural property of the apparatus.

摘要: A hand-held turbine cleaning tool includes front and rear housings coupled to each other, an outlet at one end of the tool, and a top of the tool at an opposed end. The outlet is directed in a first direction away from the top. An inlet is disposed between the outlet and the top and is also directed in the first direction. A diverter valve at the inlet is moveable between on and off positions. The on position directs water flowing into the inlet from the inlet, up to the top in a second direction opposite the first direction, and then down to the outlet in the first direction. A turbine at the top has a turbine shaft that extends outside the tool. An abrasive member is connected to the turbine shaft and is configured to rotate when water flows from the inlet to the outlet.
