    摘要: A joined body includes: a first member having a pipe shape; and a second member including a wall portion having a plate shape, and a flange portion having a cylinder shape provided with an insertion hole through which the first member is inserted. In a state where the first member is inserted into the insertion hole of the flange portion of the second member, the first member and the second member are joined with the first member pipe-expanded. A material of the second member is larger than a material of the first member in a spring-back amount.

    摘要: A fastener structure includes a head portion, rod member and fitting member. The head portion has a lateral holding portion and vertical receiving portion. The rod member has a lateral attaching portion and engaging member. The rod member is penetratingly disposed at the receiving portion to allow the attaching portion to correspond in position to the holding portion. The fitting member is penetratingly disposed at the attaching portion and the holding portion to fit the head portion and the rod member together. To couple two objects together, the head portion drives an engaging portion of the rod member, such that the engaging portion penetrates one object before being fastened to the other object. To unfasten the objects, the head portion is moved reversely to remove the engaging portion from the other object, effecting separation of the objects, so as to achieve quick coupling and easy unfastening.

Further, the modular sensor system includes a sensor housing that is configured house a sensor device therein. The sensor housing includes flexible snap fit features that are configured to removably couple the sensor housing to the receptacle by a twist and lock mechanism. Each flexible snap fit feature includes a curved cantilever snap fit defined by a portion of the sidewall of the sensor housing and a hook that extends radially outward from the curved cantilever snap fit. The hooks are configured to engage corresponding slots in the receptacle to couple the sensor housing to the receptacle by rotating the sensor housing within the receptacle in a first direction. The hooks are also configured to decouple the sensor housing from the receptacle by further rotating the sensor housing in the first direction.

    摘要: Disclosed is a vibration isolator for use with a turnlock fastener. The isolator includes a body portion with a generally cylindrical shape and defining a through opening along a central axis. A flange portion is connected to and extends radially outward from the bottom end portion of the body portion such that the body portion extends upward from the flange portion. In some embodiments the isolator is part of an assembly that also includes an annular body defining a central opening, such as a flat or frustoconical annulus. Components of the vibration isolator can be made of an elastomeric material having a durometer of at least 40 A. A method of installing a turnlock fastener is also disclosed.
