    摘要: A power transmission device has a first clutch member 4a coupled to an output member 3. A second clutch member 4b has a plurality of driven-side clutch plates 7. A back-torque transmitting cam presses the drive-side clutch plates 6 and the driven-side clutch plates 7 against each other by moving the second clutch member 4b when a rotational force is input to the first clutch member 4a. A cushioning member 12 is interposed between the first clutch member 4a and the second clutch member 4b. The cushioning member 12, by being compressed, applies an urging force while allowing movements of an interlocking member 9 and a pressure member 5 in a process where the interlocking member 9 moves and the pressure member 5 moves from the inactive position toward the active position.

    摘要: A clutch mechanism includes a first clutch plate retaining circular columnar engagement members and a second clutch plate retaining spherical engagement members. In the second clutch plate, inner retaining holes and outer retaining holes positioned more radially outward than the inner retaining holes are formed. The outer retaining holes are larger in diameter than the inner retaining holes. On assembly of the clutch mechanism, engagement members are selected from small-diameter spherical engagement members corresponding to the small-diameter inner retaining holes and large-diameter spherical engagement members corresponding to the large-diameter inner retaining holes. The selected engagement members are disposed in the corresponding retaining holes, respectively. The maximum rotational torque is greater when the large-diameter spherical engagement members are selectively disposed than when the small-diameter spherical engagement members are selectively disposed.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a vibration damping TBM torque limiting clutch, including a driving end and a driven end which are axially sleeved. A fixed torque fastener is arranged between the driving end and the driven end; an inner spline hole of the driving end is axially sleeved to a motor hollow spline shaft; the tail part of the driven end is axially connected with a high-vibration damping rubber ring; and the rubber ring is wrapped outside of an inner spline hub; the rubber ring and the inner spline hub are fixed by a fastener; a reducer spline shaft is inserted into the inner spline hub after penetrating through the motor hollow spline shaft, and then is connected to the spline of the inner spline hub. The design mainly reduces the overload disengaged rate to an extremely large extent by means of shielding instantaneous torque pulses, and well resolve the defects in the existing technology.

Further, a safety occlusion mechanism having an obstructing element selectively movable in an obstructing position to hinder the seat from housing the plunger and in a release position to allow shape coupling when the plunger and the seat overlap. The occlusion mechanism is biased to switch in the obstructing position and the release position is instated by an operator.

    摘要: A torque limiting coupling is arranged rotatably around a longitudinal axis. The torque coupling comprisesat least one locking element that is displaceable between a locking position and an unlocking position and that is biased towards the locking position. The locking element is transferable into the locking position in the decoupling position of a switching disc, in which locking position the locking element is supported in a circumferential direction on a coupling hub and on the switching disc, and in which the switching disc is locked against rotation relative to the coupling hub. The at least one locking element is further transferable into the locking position when the switching disc is in its coupling position wherein, in the locking position, the locking element is supported in a circumferential direction on the coupling hub and the switching disc, and the switching disc is locked against rotation relative to the coupling hub.

    摘要: A disengaging overload clutch, having a clutch hub and a pressure flange mounted rotatably and in which transmission bodies are held in the recesses of the pressure flange by way of the force of spring elements and transmit the torque from the pressure flange to the clutch hub. During overload between the clutch hub and the pressure flange, the clutch moves in—a first rotational direction into a disengaged state, wherein the relatching takes place by rotation between the clutch hub and the pressure flange in a second opposite rotational direction; or more precisely by the interaction between the control pins, control cams which are connected to the clutch hub, and control grooves with groove flanks. The control pins are fitted with pin magnets, which are pressed away from control magnets of identical polarity, in order to bring the control pins into engagement with the control cams and the control grooves.

    摘要: An intended object of the present invention is to realize a high-precision torque limiting mechanism capable of limiting an output torque to a magnitude of not more than a prescribed value, as well as to reduce a frictional torque produced upon occurrence of a slip.
