    摘要: A damping pulley assembly is disclosed including a pulley with an outer flange and a fixed pulley plate. A floating pulley clutch plate is located within and engaged with the outer flange. Circumferentially spaced apart leaf springs are connected to a pulley hub. Second ends of the leaf springs are connected to a driven hub that includes a fixed hub plate. Floating clutch plates are located between the fixed pulley plate and the fixed hub plate, which are biased toward the fixed pulley plate by the leaf springs so that the clutch plates contact one another and/or the fixed hub or pulley plates.

    摘要: A damping pulley assembly including a pulley with an outer flange having splines on an inner side thereof and a fixed pulley plate extending inwardly therefrom. A floating pulley clutch plate having spline receiving notches is located within the outer flange, with the notches engaged with the splines. Circumferentially spaced apart leaf springs are connected to a pulley hub and second ends of the leaf springs all extend in a first circumferential direction. Second ends of the leaf springs are connected to a driven hub that includes a fixed hub plate. A floating hub clutch plate having spline receiving notches is arranged on splines of the driven hub. The floating clutch plates are located between the fixed pulley plate and the fixed hub plate, which is biased toward the fixed pulley plate by the leaf springs so that the clutch plates contact one another and/or the fixed hub or pulley plates.

The ball screws include a threaded shaft defining a central longitudinal axis with a threaded nut threadedly coupled thereto to define at least one track in between them. Each track forms a continuous loop around an infield protrusion and is filled with a plurality of rolling elements filling. Each rolling element has the same radius from the central longitudinal axis such that the nut can rotate at higher speeds without the rolling elements locking up as a result of centripetal force.

    摘要: A yaw drive (1) for a yawing system for a wind turbine, the yaw drive (1) comprising a motor (2), a gear assembly (3) operationally connected to the motor (2), and a torque limiter (5). The torque limiter (5) is arranged detachably between the motor (2) and the gear assembly (3), in such a manner that the torque limiter (5) is capable of transferring torque between the motor (2) and the gear assembly (3), and the torque limiter (5) being capable of limiting torque transfer between the motor (2) and the gear assembly (3) when the torque applied to the torque limiter (5) exceeds a threshold value. A torque transferring part of the torque limiter (5) comprises a first set of discs connected to a rotating output shaft of the motor (2) and a second set of discs connected to a rotating input shaft of the gear assembly (3), the discs (8) of the first set of discs being arranged interleaved with the discs (9) of the second set of discs, thereby forming a stack of discs. A friction between the discs (8) of the first set of discs and the discs (9) of the second set of discs provides torque transfer between the discs (8, 9). The discs (8, 9) are allowed to rotate relative to each other when an applied torque overcomes the friction between the discs (8, 9). The torque limiter (5) is provided with a preload mechanism, e.g. in the form of slotted disc springs (10), arranged to apply a preload force to the stack of discs in such a manner that the preload force defines the friction between the discs (8, 9).

    摘要: A method and apparatus for limiting the torque from an engine to the drive train of a watercraft. A torque limiting clutch is mounted to the flywheel of the engine. The output of the clutch is connected to the drive train of the watercraft. The clutch allows all of the engine's torque to be delivered to the drive train during normal conditions and less than all of the engine's torque to be delivered to the drive train during conditions in which the drive train experiences periods of excessive force. When normal conditions return, the apparatus automatically delivers all of the engine's torque to the drive train.
