    摘要: A chain having a chain link with two legs and two bows connecting the legs together, the bows extending in the bow extension direction between the two legs, wherein an end face of at least one bow, which faces outwards in the pitch direction of the chain link, has two pressure portions spaced apart from one another in the bow extension direction and an intermediate portion connecting the pressure portions, wherein the pressure portions each provide a contact surface between the chain link and a corresponding chain pocket of a chain wheel for introducing a force into the chain, and wherein the end face of the bow is convexly curved in the bow extension direction in the pressure portions and the end face of the bow has, at least in portions in the intermediate portion, a smaller radius of curvature than in the pressure portions.

    摘要: A monitoring system for the operation of an energy chain. This has a movable strand, a stationary strand and a deflection bend therebetween. The system comprises at least one sensor which generates at least one output dependent on the condition of the energy chain, and an evaluation unit which evaluates the at least one output of the sensor in order to monitor whether a fault condition occurs during operation of the energy chain. The sensor has a non-contact working principle and is arranged so that the sensor interacts from a distance with at least a subregion of the deflection bend and/or a subregion of the movable strand. The sensor thus generates an output which is dependent on the position and/or speed of the energy chain.

In the belt-like portion, cables capable of transmitting power and/or signals and a pair of tubular portions positioned at the opposite ends in the width direction are arranged in parallel with one another. Each tubular portion has a longitudinal multi joint supporting member inserted therein in a state where link members are arranged in series, and adjacent link members are pivotally connected to one another. The multi-joint supporting members are configured to limit pivoting motion in a first direction that intersects the longitudinal direction in a range to a previously defined bend radius, and to restrict flexing in a second direction that is opposite from the first direction.
