    摘要: The invention relates to a screw element comprising an internal torque limitation for fastening a liquid-conducting line to a device connector or to a coupling for a further line, said screw element having a connection part, which preferably has a thread, and an actuation part; and having a torque limiting unit that limits a torque that can be transmitted from the actuation part to the connection part, wherein the torque limiting unit is arranged between the connection part and the actuation part and has a limiting element, in particular a separate limiting element, that can be assembled from at least two limiting element parts connectable to one another and that limits the torque limiting unit in an axial direction of a longitudinal axis of the screw element. The invention further relates to a system comprising at least one screw element and a line fastened to the screw element.

    摘要: A high-pressure tube compression fitting/flared fitting for use in combination with a thick-walled tube and a connection body wherein a sleeve is in engagement with a thick-walled tube. The sleeve is generally cylindrically shaped with the exterior thereof coated and then etched. The sleeve includes a first and second sharp inner circumferential biting edges which interengage and bite into and through the exterior of the end portion of the thick-walled tube and into the wall portion of the end portion of the thick-walled tube without narrowing the passageway through the thick-walled tube. The process for making the fitting includes placing an end portion of the thick-walled tube into engagement with a tube engaging surface of a tapered generally cylindrical wall of a guide rod.

    摘要: A pipe joint, made of synthetic resin, including: an inner ring; a joint body having an annular sealing groove and a male screw portion formed on an outer circumference; a union nut having a female screw portion formed on an inner circumference to be tightened onto the male screw portion of the joint body, such that a first opposing surface is formed in the joint body to be perpendicular to an axial direction, and a second opposing surface is formed in the union nut to oppose the first opposing surface. An engagement projection is provided in one of the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface. An engagement recess is provided in the other of the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface such that the engagement projection engages with the engagement recess when the union nut has been tightened up to an appropriate position.

    摘要: A fitting to interconnect water pipes or to connect pipes with valves or mountings. The connector housing has an O-ring seat, constituting two walls of a groove for an O-ring. The fitting comprises a clamping sleeve, having a first end provided with a flange, which forms a third wall of the O-ring seat groove. The flange is retained against the coupling housing by a nut screwed by hand onto outer threads on the coupling housing. The clamping sleeve is adapted to be clamped against a pipe which is inserted into the clamping sleeve, and the O-ring seals against the outer surface of the pipe.
