摘要: A flow splitter distributes solid particles flowing in a fluid, such as coal particles flowing in air, through a piping system. The flow splitter includes a divider housing having an inlet configured to connect to an upstream pipe and having an outlet configured to connect to a plurality of downstream pipes, e.g., by way of a divider head. A divider body is mounted within the divider housing. A plurality of divider vanes is included, each extending from the divider body to the divider housing. The divider housing, divider body, and divider vanes are configured and adapted to reduce non-uniformity in particle concentration from the inlet and to supply a substantially equal particle flow from the outlet to each of the downstream pipes.

摘要: The present invention provide a fuel distribution device (9) for a burner, comprising an inlet end (9a), an outlet end (9b) and a distribution channel (9c) extending therebetween as well as n fuel feeding tubes (5) extending from the inlet end (9a) into the distribution channel (9c), characterized in that, the outlet end (9b) is provided with n groups of distribution opening, each of the groups includes m distribution openings distributed evenly along a circumference direction of the outlet end (9b), and in that the m feeding branch pipes (8) extending from each of the fuel feeding tubes (5) are communicated with the m distribution openings of each group respectively, wherein m, n are positive integers greater than or equal to 2. This design of the fuel distribution device improves the redundancy of the burner so as to ensure the even distribution of the fuel such as powdered coals at the outlet end of the fuel distribution device upon failure of one or several fuel feeding tubes. Further, the present invention also provides a burner utilizing this fuel distribution device.

摘要: A method of feeding at least one of light, fine, volatile and moist fuel into a furnace of a circulating fluidized bed boiler. Fuel is introduced into the furnace and is combusted in the presence of a fluidized bed material to form flue gases. The fluidized bed material is circulated both inside the furnace in an internal circulation in which bed material returns along walls of the furnace down to the bottom of the furnace, and outside the furnace in an external circulation that includes at least a solids separator arranged in flow communication with the furnace. Bed material is separated from the flue gases in the separator. The flue gases are removed from the separator for further treatment. The separated bed material is returned to the furnace. Circulating bed material from at least the internal circulation flowing down along the furnace walls to a return flow is collected, and the return flow is introduced in a consolidated form into communication with the fuel being introduced in the furnace, so that the bed material return flow and the fuel flow are mixed together and flow downwards in the furnace. This increases the residence time of the fuel in the furnace.

摘要: A grill consisting of liquid-cooled grill plates and liquid-cooled lateral panels, the surfaces of which are provided with wear plates (1) connected to the liquid-cooled grill plates (2) and lateral planks in a heat-conducting manner. Wear plates (1) consist of a wear-resistant material which must however be cooled. Advantageously, a layer of a heat-conducting material in the form of a highly heat-conducting soft silicon film (3) is clamped between the liquid-cooled grill plates (2) and lateral panels and the wear plates (1), the layer providing a good heat transfer between the wear plates (1) and the permeable grill plates (2) and central panels. It is thus ensured that, during operation, the wear plates (1) always remain in a non-critical temperature range as they are cooled by the underlying grill plates (2) and lateral panels which are cooled to ca. 50° C.
