    摘要: An apparatus for heating water comprises a main burner, a pilot burner, a valve assembly with a main valve and a pilot valve having a shutter, a magnetic thermoelectric safety assembly with a thermocouple device holding the pilot valve open in the presence of a flame in the pilot burner, a button member mounted on a rod that is slidingly guided in the valve assembly and an electrical ignition member supplied via an electrical connection circuit, a switch device in the circuit being designed to be switched by means of the button member so as to close the electrical circuit when said button member is pressed in order to carry out actuation of the magnetic assembly so as to open the passage of gas through the pilot valve towards the pilot burner and to ignite the pilot flame by means of the sparks generated by the ignition member.

    摘要: A gas flow controller for use in a gas fired apparatus includes an actuator, a pilot valve operably connected to the actuator, a main burner valve, and a flow controller valve operably connected to the actuator. The pilot valve is moveable from a closed position to an open position by actuation of the actuator to provide selective fluid communication between a gas inlet and a first fluid chamber. The main burner valve provides selective fluid communication between the first fluid chamber and a main burner outlet. The flow controller valve is moveable from a closed position to an open position by actuation of the actuator to provide selective fluid communication between the gas inlet and a back side of the main burner valve to maintain the main burner valve in a closed position when the pilot valve is in the open position.

    摘要: The invention takes as a basis the problem of developing a thermo-electric safety igniter with a reignition lock on a gas valve combination which is suitable for using a rotary slide as main valve for the main gas flow and the pilot gas flow. The problem is solved in that a half-disc, whose ends are located in a notch, is arranged on part of the operating rod intruding into the housing chamber such that when the main valve is closed and the valve head of the safety igniter valve is in the open position, the ends of the half disc cooperate with the notch to prevent opening movement of the main valve. The hoop has a blade or tongue whose length is dimensioned such that the hoop ends are moved out of the notch when the igniter safety valve closes and the main valve remains closed.The invention refers to a thermo-electric safety igniter with a reignition lock on a gas valve combination for a gas heating furnace or similar for controlling the main gas flow and the pilot gas flow.

    摘要: The invention includes an auxiliary pilot valve for use in a household gas heater control. The auxiliary pilot valve flow is maintained on when the control is turned toward an irreversible safety lock position. A reduced pilot light is produced by the auxiliary flow. The reduced pilot light is small and fails to heat a thermocouple to a high temperature. A safety magnet valve connected from the thermocouple then closes off all gas entry to the control after thermocouple cools.
