摘要: The objective of the present invention is to provide a tubular heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchange efficiency and preventing deformation and damage thereof even in a high water-pressure environment. To this end, the present invention includes an outer jacket through which a heat medium is introduced and discharged; a combustion chamber coupled to the inside of the outer jacket so that a heat medium passage is formed between the combustion chamber and the outer jacket, and configured to perform combustion of a burner; a plurality of tubes formed in a flat shape for allowing combustion gas, which is generated in the combustion chamber, to flow along the inside of the combustion chamber and exchange heat with the heat medium; and a turbulator coupled to the inside of the tubes so as to induce generation of turbulence in a flow of the combustion gas.

摘要: A water heater system includes a primary heat exchanger including a tank and at least one flue, and a secondary heat exchanger including a core and a flue gas flow path. The water heater is operable in a heating mode in which a combustor produces hot flue gas and a water pump flows water through the core of the secondary heat exchanger and into the tank, and in a non-heating mode in which the combustor and the water pump are inoperative. The flue gas flows from the combustor through the at least one flue to heat the water in the tank and then through the flue gas flow path to heat water in the core before being exhausted.

摘要: The invention discloses a condensing gas water heater, a condensing heat exchanger as well as heat exchanger plates. The condensing heat exchanger comprises: a housing and at least one heat exchanger plate disposed in the housing; the heat exchanger plate comprises a first metal board and a second metal board butting each other, wherein a surface of the first metal board and a surface of the second metal board which butt each other are butting surfaces, and two outer surfaces opposite to the butting surfaces are a first surface and a second surface, respectively; at least one of the first metal board and the second metal board is formed with a convex flow guide portion along a direction away from the butting surface; the first metal board and the second metal board form a fluid passage via the flow guide portion.

摘要: In a heat source apparatus in which an electric component having an electrode and an insulator is mounted on a side plate of a combustion box, in a state in which a packing is interposed between a flange portion of the insulator and the side plate, by fastening to the side plate a clamp which overlaps with an outer surface of the flange portion, the packing is prevented from getting spread when compressed, thereby securing good sealing properties.Upper and lower water tubes constituting a part of a water jacket are disposed on a side plate on upper and lower sides of the mounting position of the electrode component. In case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an inside surface of the side plate, upper and lower side edge portions of the packing are in contact with those upper and lower swelled-out portions formed in the one-side side plate which are swollen outward for respectively receiving into recesses the upper and lower water tubes; and that, in case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an outside surface of the side plate, upper and lower side edge portions of the packing are in contact with the upper and lower water tubes.

摘要: The invention discloses a condensing gas water heater, a condensing heat exchanger as well as heat exchanger plates. 摘要: Disclosed is a water heater that has a water storage tank, a first pass flue tube extending from a top of the water storage tank to a bottom of the water storage tank, a down-fired burner assembly positioned to direct combustion gases into the first pass flue tube, a plurality of second pass flue tubes extending from the bottom of the water storage tank to a top of the water storage tank, and an expansion chamber positioned below the bottom of the water storage tank. The expansion chamber receives the combustion gases from the first pass flue tube and delivers the combustion gases to the second pass flue tubes. The water heater operates with a non-positive vent static pressure and with a vent gas temperature that avoids or reduces excessive condensate production in an exhaust vent connected to receive combustion gases from the water heater.

摘要: A water heater has a gas inlet (8) for a mixture of gas and air and an in for a fluid (2) to be heated. The gas-air mixture passes through a combustion chamber (11,18) which is at least partly surrounded by at least one fluid chamber (4,7) filled with the fluid (2). The exhaust gas leaving the combustion chamber(s) (11,18) passes through an exhaust gas heat exchanger together with the fluid (2). Here there are two combustion stages, the first (16) being a catalytic gap burner (11) and the second being a monolithic burner (18,19). Owing to the two-stage arrangement, about 80% of the combustion gas is burned in the combustion stage (16) while the remainder is consumed even at the low partial pressures in the second combustion stage (20) virtually without any residue, and especially without emission of NO.sub.x.
