    摘要: A supply chute, and a system and a method for supplying sinter material from a sinter belt to a sinter cooler (26). A flow of the sinter material (16) is input into the supply chute (1). The flow of sinter material (16) after being input is concentrated by a device in the chute. This means that the flow is remixed for more uniform grain size distribution. The flow is thereafter widened by a widening device in the chute. Then the widened flow of sinter material (16), optionally after making the movement direction of the flow of sinter material (16) uniform, the flow is passed through a segregation device (8,25) and is there segregated, which means that a grain size distribution across the thickness and across the width of the flow is made more uniform. This occurs after the widened flow of sinter material moves in the direction of the output region (5). After passing through the output region (5), the flow of sinter material (16) is supplied to the sinter cooler (26), wherein the horizontal main component B of the movement direction of the flow of sinter material is largely perpendicular to the horizontal main component A of the movement of sinter material by the sinter belt.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and equipment for the continuous sintering of mineral material in a sintering furnace (S). In the method, a material bed (2) is formed on a conveyor base (1), the material bed (2) is conveyed by the conveyor base (1) through the process zones (I-VII) of the sintering furnace that have different temperatures, the zones including at least one drying zone (I), at least one cooling zone (VII), and at least one other process zone (II, III, IV, V, VI) between the said drying zone and cooling zone, and gas is conducted through the conveyor base and the material bed (2), when the material bed travels through the process zones (I-VII), and gas is circulated in a circulation gas duct (3) from the last cooling zone (VII) to the drying zone (I). Part of the gas flow that is conducted to the drying zone (I) in the circulation gas duct (3) is removed as an exhaust gas flow (B) by the exhaust gas blower (5) of an exhaust gas duct (4). The volume flow of the exhaust gas flow (B) is regulated by regulating the blowing power of the blower (5) to control the temperature of the gas flow travelling through the material bed in the drying zone.

    摘要: A sintering plant includes an apparatus for transporting sinter material along a sintering section through at least one first zone in which the sinter material heats to a low temperature, and through a second zone in which the sinter material heats to a high temperature. Discharge lines are provided along the sintering section. A dioxin catalytic converter for exhaust gas is provided in the discharge lines disposed along the second zone or directly downstream thereof. In this manner, catalytic breakdown of dioxins can be achieved even in the exhaust gas of a sintering plant, which has not been possible heretofore.

    摘要: The subject of the invention is a process for igniting a sinter mix composed of a solid fuel and sintering material on a sintering machine in which the sinter mix is passed underneath an ignition kiln with closed end and side walls and a closed hood, whereby hot flue gases are generated in the ignition kiln above the sintering material and these hot flue gases heat and ignite the surface of the sintering material by radiation and convection. A rapid, uniform and economical ignition is thereby attained in that flue gases from one or more approximately stoichiometrically operated burners are introduced into the upper region of the igniting kiln and that gases with an increased oxygen content are introduced into the lower region in such a manner that a kiln atmosphere results which, in the upper region of the igniting hood, is hotter and relatively impoverished in oxygen, while in the lower region it is cooler and relatively oxygen enriched. A further process variant provides an improvement of the ignition procedure by using a thermal insulating hood. Apparatus for carrying out the process is also described.
