摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a fuel cell system (1), comprising a fuel cell stack (2), which has a plurality of fuel cells and through which cooling channels extend, which are fed a coolant via a cooling circuit (3) by means of a coolant pump (4). According to the invention, in the event of a start under cold or freezing conditions the temperature of the fuel cells in the fuel cell stack (2) is measured indirectly by means of the pressure difference (Δp) of the coolant across the fuel cell stack (2) and the rotational speed (n) of the coolant pump (4) is controlled in accordance with the indirectly measured temperature.
The invention also relates to a control device for a fuel cell system (1).-

The controller (105) is configured to assign a state of a composition of matter in an anode circuit of the fuel cell system (100) to measured values of the blower (101) detected by the motion sensor (103) in a speed range between a start speed and a predetermined target speed using a predetermined assignment scheme, and to adjust the fuel cell system (100) depending on the assigned state.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell for receiving hydrogen from a supply of hydrogen. The system comprises a heat exchanger for transferring heat to the hydrogen from a coolant fluid located in a cooling loop. The cooling loop comprises a number of cooling cores located in a conduit that supplies air to the fuel cell. A compressor compresses air cooled by the cooling cores to provide compressed air to the fuel call. The cooling cores may be de-iced by a coolant fluid that has been warmed by operation of the fuel cell. Fuel cell system efficiency can be increased by cooling the air to be supplied to the fuel cell before or after compressing it.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes: a steam generator configured to heat water to generate steam; a reforming part configured to cause a reaction between the steam and hydrocarbon to generate a reformed gas containing hydrogen; a fuel cell stack, which has an anode and a cathode, and is configured to generate electric energy through an electrochemical reaction caused between the reformed gas supplied to the anode and an oxidant supplied to the cathode; and an ejector configured to supply at least one of a raw material containing the hydrocarbon or an anode circulating gas obtained by recovering a part of an anode exhaust gas discharged from the anode to the reforming part by using the steam as a driving fluid. The steam generator includes: an evaporation flow passage through which the water flows; an anode exhaust gas flow passage that is thermally connected to the evaporation flow passage and through which the anode exhaust gas flows; and an auxiliary heating device configured to heat the water. The anode exhaust gas flow passage and the auxiliary heating device are opposed to each other across the evaporation flow passage.

The method comprising, at start-up of the fuel cell system (200, 300); heating the stack (205) to a first threshold temperature; providing an unreformed hydrocarbon fuel to the anode inlet (226) at a first fuel flow rate from a fuel supply (225) when but not before the stack (205) is above the first threshold temperature; recirculating anode off gas from the anode outlet (227) to the anode inlet (226) while providing unreformed fuel to the anode inlet (226); and drawing a current from the fuel cell system (200, 300) while recirculating the anode off gas.

摘要: A freeze protection method for a fuel cell system is disclosed. The fuel cell system includes an evaporative cooler device equipped for cooling a heat exchanger of a fuel cell device of the fuel cell system having a feed line, through which during the operation of the fuel cell system, water is pumped to a sprinkling device of the evaporative cooler device and by way of the sprinkling device, the water is applied onto the heat exchanger equipped for temperature-controlling a fuel cell stack of the fuel cell device. The method includes blowing out the evaporative cooler device as part of a deactivation method of the fuel cell system.
