摘要: The technology disclosed herein relates to methods, computer storage media, systems, etc., for generating a network service indicator icon for a communication service application. For example, the communication service application can provide one or more of a voice over internet protocol call, video call, three-dimensional video calling service, messaging communication service, another type of communication service, or one or more combinations thereof, to a user device. In embodiments, a first set of data performance information for the communication service application can be received from one or more servers providing the communication service application. A data performance metric can be determined for the communication service application based on receiving the first set of data performance information. A network service indicator icon for the communication service application can be generated based on the data performance metric determined.

摘要: A network disruption detection engine gathers and stores network routing path update messages that routinely modify routing tables used by internet routers for transporting message traffic between a source and a destination. Routing path messages continually maintain a network transport infrastructure both for intranets used for particular entities such as corporations, and internet traffic between arbitrary source and destination nodes. Major disruptions or outages typically result in an increase in routing path messages, typically focused on a particular set, region or network entity where the disruption occurred, as other routing entities seek to avoid the troubled region. Analysis of this sudden activity of routing messages and extracting message content about the network region they seek to avoid allows identification and queries of a widespread network outage.

摘要: A method for identifying devices on a network, comprising: determining, by a discovery application, a prioritized discovery plan including a plurality of tiers of requests, each of the tiers specifying one or more probes for targeting specific types of devices. For each of the tiers in the prioritized discovery plan: the method further comprises causing, by the discovery application, one or more of the probes specified for the tier to transmit targeted requests to a set of active addresses on the network. Upon receiving responses from at least a subset of the one or more addresses, the method comprises identifying, by the discovery application, one or more devices connected to the network based on the responses to the targeted requests. The method further comprises removing, by the discovery application, addresses corresponding to the identified one or more devices from the set of active addresses on the network.

摘要: A fault information processing method implemented by a first interface with a physical layer (PHY) chip and a media access control layer (MAC) chip, includes, after receiving first fault information sent by a second interface communicating with the first interface, sending by the PHY chip second fault information to the MAC chip, where the first fault information indicates that the second interface detects a fault, and the second fault information indicates that the fault is from the second interface. Because the PHY chip has received the first fault information, a link between the PHY chip and the second interface is normal. Because the MAC chip can normally receive the second fault information, it indicates that communication between the PHY chip and the MAC chip is normal. The fault information processing method is used to determine the fault from the second interface.

摘要: Systems and methods for determining parameters for facility assets at an operational facility site. The method including receiving operational data associated with facility assets from a facility computing device, processing the operational data to generate asset data, communicating the asset data to a facility asset parameter computing device using a first communication link, generating asset parameters using the asset data, generating user interfaces to indicate the asset parameters, and communicating the user interfaces to the facility computing device via a second communication link to cause the facility computing device to indicate the user interfaces.

摘要: A method performed by at least one processor for generating an event ticket includes receiving, for at least one user, a selection of a network quality category from a plurality of network quality categories. The method includes receiving a selection of an alarm associated with the selected network quality category. The method includes receiving a selection of at least one threshold for the selected alarm. The method includes determining a number of times the alarm is triggered within a predetermined time period. The method further includes generating the event ticket in response to a determination the number of times the alarm is triggered within the predetermined time period exceeds the at least one threshold.
