본 발명은 보철물에 미리 형성된 홀에 삽입되는 삽입부; 삽입부 상부에 연장 형성되어 외주면에 나사산이 형성되고, 나사산의 골 지름이 홀 지름 이상이고 홀 지름에 0.3mm를 더한 값 이하로 형성되어, 회전에 의해 보철물과 나사 결합하는 나사부; 나사부 상부에 형성되어, 나사부에 회전력을 제공하도록 회전공구의 회전 부재와 결합되는 결합부; 나사부와 결합부 사이에 형성된 몸체부; 보철물 제거 작업 중 보철물 제거 장치의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 안전끈이 삽입되도록 몸체부에 관통 형성되는 결합홀; 을 포함하고, 나사부와 보철물의 결합 시 생성되는 분진을 배출하는 배출홈이 형성된다. 이에 의해, 보철물을 간편하게 제거할 수 있어 사용자의 편의를 제공하고, 보철물 제거 시 치아와 잇몸에 충격을 방지할 수 있어 환자에게 거부감을 방지할 수 있다.

Verfahren zur Positionierung von Prothesenzähnen (2) in einer Prothesenbasis (1), bei dem in den Prothesenzähnen (2) basal jeweils zumindest eine Vertiefung (6) vorgesehen ist und/oder in der Prothesenbasis (1) in der zur okklusalen Richtung weisenden Oberfläche (8) mehrere Vertiefungen (6, 26, 46, 47) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Prothesenzähne (2) mit der Prothesenbasis (1) verbunden werden, indem Stifte (12) in die Vertiefungen (6) eingesteckt werden, wobei die Stifte (12) basal an den Prothesenzähnen (2) angeordnet sind und/oder in okklusaler Richtung an der Prothesenbasis (1) angeordnet sind und/oder die Stifte (12) als separate Haltestifte mit den Prothesenzähnen (2) und der Prothesenbasis (1) verbunden werden, wobei die Stifte (12) Rastmittel (14) und die Vertiefungen (6) dazu passende Gegenrastmittel (16) aufweisen, so dass die Stifte (12) beim Einstecken mit den Vertiefungen (6) derart arretieren, dass die Prothesenzähne (2) gegen die Prothesenbasis (1) gezogen werden.

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind prothetische Formteile, die zumindest bereichsweise an ihrer Oberfläche mindestens eine Schicht biomimetischem Apatitsausgewählt aus Fluorapatit, Hydroxylapatit oderderen Gemischen aufweisen, wobei die Oberfläche der Formteile mindestens in diesem Bereich mikromechanische Verankerungsstellen zur Verbesserung der mechanischen Anbindung von Apatit an die Oberfläche aufweist. Ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Formteile zur Verwendung zur dentalen, prothetischen Versorgung bei Zahnverlust, insbesondere zur zellulären Anheftung von Zellen an prothetische Formteile. Ferner ist Gegenstand der Erfindung das Verfahren zur Herstellung der prothetischen Formteile.

At the point where the shoulder meets the outer profile of the gingival part of the abutment, the shoulder is at an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal center axis of the abutment, thereby causing any cement ejected during mounting of the prosthesis to be ejected in a direction away from the gingiva.

The present invention is directed to a process for producing a sintered lithium disilicate glass ceramic dental restoration out of a porous 3-dim article, the process comprising the step of sintering the porous 3-dim article having the shape of a dental restoration with an outer and inner surface to obtain a sintered lithium disilicate ceramic dental restoration, the sintered lithium disilicate glass ceramic dental restoration comprising - Si oxide calculated as SiO2 from 55 to 80 wt.-%, - Li oxide calculated as Li2O from 7 to 16 wt.-%, - Al oxide calculated as Al2O3 from 1 to 5 wt.-%, and - P oxide calculated as P2O5 from 1 to 5 wt.-%, wt.-% with respect to the weight of the dental restoration, the sintering being done under reduced atmospheric pressure conditions, the reduced atmospheric pressure conditions being applied at a temperature above 600°C. Изобретение относится к области стоматологии и предназначено для реставрации/реконструкции зубов, разрушенных ниже уровня десны, с применением технологий армирования композитных материалов. Непрямой атравматичный способ реставрации/реконструкции разрушенных ниже уровня десны предусматривает использование армированного сеточно- металлокомпозитного (СМК) зубного протеза по Меликяну М.Л., который изготавливают лабораторным способом с использованием гипсовых моделей. Армированный сеточно-металлокомпозитный (СМК) зубной протез состоит из сборных гибкого коронково-корневого проволочного штифта и армирующего коронково-корневого каркаса, изготовленных из сетки и свободных проволок сетки. Стенки коронковой части зубного протеза сформированы из композитного материала. Предлагаемая технология позволяет учеть при изготовлении армированного сеточно-металлокомпозитного (СМК) зубного протеза остаточные явления полимеризационной усадки композитного материла и обеспечить качество шлифования и полирования коронковой части протеза, а следовательно, повысить устойчивость и долговечность реставрации/реконструкции восстановленного зуба.

Dental materials are provided in which a conformal coating is disposed on the inner surfaces of a dental composite. The conformal coating can be subsequently surface modified to provide a chemical bond between the compressible component and a hardenable resin, resulting in increased bond strength and reduced bond strength variability. Use of a thin conformal layer can provide a surprising enhancement in bond reliability while minimizing the collateral effect on the handling properties of the unhardened composite. The conformal coating can also improve the compressibility and decrease rebound in the overall dental composite during a bonding procedure and reduce the amount of extractable components.
