Соотношение компонентов составляет, мас.%: Торф 5÷20, Песок 0÷50, Осадок сточных вод 15÷35, Строительный грунт - остальное.
Abstract:
Organic fertilizer produced through composting natural lignocellulose material and liquid wastes especially from livestock production, which has a content of minimum 35% dry matter, minimum 25 weight % of organic material, minimum 20 weight % of humus and minimum 1,5 weight % of nitrogen. The organic fertilizer is produced by spraying sorbent material with waste water, that is livestock waste water or food industry waste water or water cleaning plant sludges. The waste water contains a minimum of 20% weight of livestock waste water, which is homogenized with agent, which consists of materials based on starch derivates or cellulose derivates, which increase thixotrophy and surface tension of this waste water and separators, which prevent creation of clusters and increase solubility of starch or cellulose derivates. Sorbent material with waste water is mixed, aerated and decomposed by aerobic bacterial activity in at least four cycles. ?
Abstract:
Sludge from an anaerobic digester is treated to recover one or more of fibers, or solids or liquids with a high nutrient content. The solids or liquids can be used as a fertilizer. The fibers can be used in a plant growing medium. Solids are separated from liquids in the sludge and dried. The solids may be dried to produce a flake or pellet. Ammonia in the liquids is recovered and used to produce a concentrated acidic ammonium salt solution. This solution may be mixed with the solids to produce a nitrogen enhanced solid. The fibers and solids or liquids can also be used in combination to produce an enhanced plant growing medium. A device and process for removing ammonia from a liquid can be used in the system or separately.
Abstract:
The present invention describes a process for the production of a fertilizer product from a residual product, said process comprising the steps of dewatering of the residual product and separation of the dry phase and the wet phase, collecting of the dry phase as a product no 1, precipitation of the wet phase to form at least phosphorous (P) in some solid form as a product no 2, stripping of the remaining wet phase to produce ammonia ((NH 3 ), (g)) which subsequently is reacted with an acid or a mixture of two or several acids and/or salt solutions to produce nitrogen (N) in some solid form as a product no 3 and agglomeration of at least one of the products no 2 and/or no 3 for the production of a fertilizer product.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a method of processing organic side flows and waste slurries and a fertilizer. The method of the invention utilizes various agricultural, industrial and community waste and side flows and algae in the production of at least ethanol, biogas and fertilizer.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to processes for treating biosolids that result in high- value, nitrogen-containing, slow-release, organically-augmented inorganic fertilizer that are competitive with less valuable or more costly conventional commercially manufactured fertilizers. The process involves conditioning traditional waste-water biosolids and processing the conditioned biosolids continuously in a high throughput manufacturing facility. The exothermic design and closed loop control of the primary reaction vessel decreases significantly the amount of power necessary to run a manufacturing facility. The process utilizes green technologies to facilitate decreased waste and enhanced air quality standards over traditional processing plants. The fertilizer produced from recovered biosolid waste is safe and meets or exceeds the United States Environment Protection Agency (USEPA) Class A and Exceptional Quality standards and is not subject to restrictions or regulations.
