A thermophilic enzymatic biosynthesis (TEBS) device (50) produces outputs of newly synthesized substances, stabilized matter and fully recovered organic material, wherein the preferred device is a dry closet employing multistage treatment of organic solid, liquid and gaseous wastes. Said contemplated device comprises a multiphase thermophilic environment chamber (MTEC) (1) having a mixing zone (4), a cultivation zone (12), a pasteurization zone (24) and a germination zone (7) which utilizes a multiphase germination (62). The device comprises a thermodynamic pathway (29) and a functional respiration (64) which is directed toward an ammine reaction chamber (ARC) (3), which includes an oxidation surface (47) having reactivity with ammonia, producing a metal ammine complex. The device further comprises a subterranean uptake chamber (SUC) (2) which includes a plant growth medium (44) where gases received from the ARC (3) disperse to an uptake root structure (46), thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

A presente invenção trata de um processo de fabricação de fertilizantes organo-mineral para a agricultura de forma esférica ou circular, partindo-se de resíduos de compostos orgânicos de diversos tipos de indústrias que são submetidos inicialmente a uma etapa de separação de partículas com diâmetro menor ou igual a 3 mm, as quais são direcionadas para um misturador onde podem receber adição de agente aglomerante além de outros aditivos desejados, formando uma mistura homogênea de umidade entre 10 e 40% que é enviada a uma extrusora de baixa pressão e transformada em pellets, os quais, ainda verdes, são direcionados para um esferoidizador rotativo operando a uma velocidade periférica de 5 a 20 m/s, o que provoca o aumento da densidade dos granulados e transforma os pellets em esferas, que podem ainda sofrer recobrimento de superfície, sendo finalmente submetidos à secagem até a umidade atingir a faixa entre 5 e 25 %, originando ao final grânulos que apresentam carga de ruptura do grão medido segundo protocolo indicado no exemplo 1 variando entre 0,50 e 2,50 kgf e apresentando um ganho de densidade em relação aos compostos orgânicos de 5 a 40%.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Phosphat aus wertstoffhaltigem Rohstoff. Um ein wirtschaftliches Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Phosphaten aus wertstoffhaltigen Rohstoffen mit gegenüber bekannten Verfahren höheren Ausbeuten bereitzustellen, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem ein Extraktionsmittel aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, bestehend aus (i) einer Kombination aus Kohlendioxid (CO2) und Schwefeldioxid (SO2), (ii) einer Kombination aus Kohlendioxid (CO2), Schwefeldioxid (SO2) und Stickstoffoxiden (NOx) und (iii) einer Kombinationen aus Kohlendioxid (CO2) und Stickstoffoxiden (NOx).

The invention relates to a method for producing a fertilizer nutrient or micronutrient, which contains at least ammonium nitrogen, according to the preamble of patent claim 1, and to a fertilizer nutrient or micronutrient per se, as well as to a culture or planting soil admixed with the fertilizer nutrient or micronutrient. In order to ensure that the fixing of the phosphor is prevented and that both phosphor and iron are present in the current vegetal form, and this within a common production process. In a first step of the method according to the invention, iron hydroxide is mixed with a mineral powder material; in a second step, ammonia-rich and phosphate-containing nutrient water, which has been separated from liquid manure by separation and/or precipitation, is added and mixed therewith; and in a last step, acid or acidified water is added and mixed therewith.

Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, в частности к птицеводству, а именно, к получению органического удобрения из помета птицы или отходов свиноводства, и может быть использовано в качестве удобрения для сельскохозяйственных культур. Согласно способу сначала куриный помет или отходы свиноводства смешивают с гидроксидами щелочных металлов общей формулы МеОН, где Me = К, Na, в количестве до 1-6% от массы помета до получения значений рН 8,0-11,0. Затем полученную смесь смешивают с целевыми добавками в виде смеси трехосновных кислот - лимонной и борной и сушат при температуре 60-65 ° С при перемешивании с удалением воды до содержания ее в удобрении до 20-25%. Улучшено качество органического удобрения за счет увеличения количества калия в составе органического удобрения и увеличения растворимости питательных веществ помета в воде для ускорения усвоения их растениями.

A process for producing desired compounds from biomass, including treating a lignocellulosic waste stream in some embodiments. The waste stream is conditioned under acidic or basic conditions, and is then treated in a catalytic reaction step using a transition metal catalyst and an oxidant. The transition metal catalyst can be an iron-based nanoparticulate catalyst. In some embodiments, useful compounds such as lignin, crystalline cellulose and various platform chemicals are produced from the waste stream. In some embodiments, the waste stream is lignocellulosic agricultural or forestry waste. In some embodiments, the waste stream is manure. In some embodiments, desirable bioproducts are obtained from lignocellulosic biomasses using an iron-based nanoparticulate-catalyzed reaction conducted at alkaline pH.

Proceso para la elaboración de un biofertilizante, que comprende: a) fermentación en estado sólido, para producir enzimas y nutrientes claves para la nutrición de plantas; b) inmovilización a través de nanopartículas de alofan de las enzimas y sustratos producidos durante la etapa a); y c) nueva fermentación para favorecer el desarrollo de microorganismos que mejoran la calidad del biofertillizante. Además se resguarda el biofertilizante producto de este proceso.
